We were told this was a fantastic park to walk in after dinner. We drove down and were shocked to see no trees, unattractive open areas, gloms of people, “walking” paths more akin to city sidewalks by the streets and what looked like a concrete...More

I love this place for a free water play area for kids. There are bathrooms right by the splash pad and plenty of seating in the shade. I would suggest bringing lawn chairs though, as it gets crowded. There is food for purchase there as...More

This is a great park relatively close to the State Capital. Nice walkways and a place to unwind. I wish there was some information about the history of the location and its association with the Native Americans who had lived here.

Visited this park for a 5K run event and festival. The park has a nice walking trail. The amphitheater is very nice. Festivals and concerts are held at this venue often. People bring their dogs to this park.

Beautiful park, with great walk ways. Music and book festival this weekend. Free parking. Gorgeous landscaping, little picnic areas and swings throughout the park. Nice little kids area. Beautiful lake and with a manmade waterfall. Also has a music stage.
