This was a gorgeous park. We all loved walking the grounds of the home, the secret garden was out of a movie and the reflection pool, pond, trees....they were all amazing as if you were transported back to that time period.

We walked around in the gardens and then took a ~3 mile loop walk on the "Overstreet trail". The gardens were pleasant but not sensational; although it did have some of the thickest Spanish Moss I have ever seen...swaying hypnotically in the light breeze. The trail was easy, mostly flat, and had only rare glimpses of the small lake. Not... More

This was the perfect park for a quick hour and half walk! The trees and Spanish moss were amazing as were the flowers! The ponds and gardens each held a surprise and were so well maintained! If I was living here I would be in this garden all the time!

Peaceful and well maintained with many views of park, lake, and buildings. The trees were still covered with Fall leaves. Provides a shaded walk.

Spent a few hours here to just relax. It was beautiful, not crowded and I would go again! The gardens were well a maintained, but not stuffy and manicured. The trails meandered and were easy to walk.

I thought that since they said that wheelchairs were available that I could get to places on my mobility scooter, but there were steps into the side gardens and the lake gazebo, and the brick walkway wasn't very smooth - it was almost like cobblestones. The trees were gorgeous and the lady who took our entrance fee was cheerful and... More

We went to our cousins wedding at the park. We were impressed by the size of the trees and the beauty of the park.
