Candice & Ava are terrific, I've had a spectacular facial, teeth whitening and dermaplane with Ava and have loved all of them. They really listen to what you want and make suggestions without pressure to purchase additional items or services and really help the budget conscious.Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!! Definitely would recommend this spa.

Helen was very nice and professional. I had a gift certificate for a service that I wasn’t comfortable with. I was either forced to go through with a service that I really didn’t want or just waste the certificate that I had already paid for because it stated “no substitutions”. I wish that the owner would have been willing to go with an equal priced service. It didn’t seem important to keep a happy customer. It was more important that they follow very rigid rules. Their extensive questionnaire I found very intrusive. I will not go back.

Lisa, as we understand your response, Helen donated the gift certificate herself to the charity event you won this at for FREE. We donated to this charity so the charity could make funds for a very worthy cause, and I am sure they are grateful you attended , and purchased raffle tickets. Yes it did state on the gift certificate "no substitutions", and yes that is our policy. When you called to schedule you never said to our manager anything about your concerns regarding your being uncomfortable. Again this was a FREE gift certificate, donated to a charity event. Thank You

I love Skin Serenity Spa! I have been going here for 2 years now and my skin has transformed. I love there PCAskin products, their dermaplaning, and there lash extensions! Candace the owner and Mary always make me feel welcomed. Thank you ladies so much.
