Great oasis in the middle of Spring Hill. Beautiful hidden gem run by amazing dedicated volunteers. Great plant pricing and cute vignettes to explore. You have to check it out. Your missing a real find among house and never ending streets.

Just about 3.5 acres in the middle of Spring Hill, FL. The butterfly and day lily gardens are well worth it. Don't expect big-city spectacular, but more of a country garden feel.

Very close to Route 19; great for a 1/2 hour to 45 minute stop. 10-15 different small gardens; each planted in a different theme: herbs, roses, cacti; etc. Clean restrooms and a number of benches. Don't wear a sweater that can get snagged because you're walking on trails between shrubs. You can leave a donation in the box near the entrance and we did, because we enjoyed our visit.

Great place to spend A few hours and get out and enjoy nature. Walk the gardens , bring lunch ( they have picnic tables along the trails.) You can see lots of native plants and bring your dogs as long as they are on a leash. They also sell plants for a great price. Check their web site for plant sale hours. This is one of the hidden treasures in Springhill.

The grounds are well kept and they have a great selection of gardens here. It's a nice soothing place to get away for a little bit.

A friend recently told of us of this place. I had never heard of it or seen any marketing for it. It is a very nice garden; nice displays and plant selections. There is no cost to tour. It's quiet and peaceful.

I would never have expected such a well kept, organized, and beautiful botanical garden in a city the size of Spring Hill. My friends took us to see the gardens after reading about it, and we were all thoroughly surprised and happy that we had taken the time to explore this little known spot. It truly is a must see if you happen to be in the area. You will not regret it.

This is a small garden which was started as people discarding their plants in this lot. It turned into a very pretty botanical garden with a lot of hard work and volunteering. It is free to roam about, and some but not all of the plants are marked as to what they are. It is a pleasant addition to Spring Hill and if you like plants and nature, I would recommend this short walk to just about anyone.

I had found this gem of a place online one day searching for local activities. I visit a botanical garden whenever I get the chance. I enjoy photographing flowers etc. My husband went along for the adventure and he was as I amazed at all the individual gardens there were within this space. We returned on "plant sale" day and picked up many native plants at fantastic prices. I will definitely make return visits to gardens, purchase additional plants and snap more pictures.

They have few different scenes set up, with live fish and small pond. It worth the stop to just walk through and enjoy the views. I'd bring bug spray depending on the time of year your visiting (very dense).

Is this paved for wheelchair navigation? :o) Sounds like someplace I'd love to take my 96 year old grandmother who LOVES plants and flowers and lives in Springhill.
Written January 28, 2018
It is not paved however I was able to get my father in his wheelchair everywhere besides one small path called the "rainforest"path, it was a great experience.
