Very enjoyable trip. Mark and Jeff are good entertainers. They made me laugh to calm the nerves as it was my first time parasailing. The shuttle driver was very knowledgeable of the area and wildlife! Pleasant and helpful staff. Very efficient.

Captain Mark & First Mate Matt (and transfer boat driver, Omar) gave us a first class experience yesterday. They were friendly, upbeat & instilled confidence in their know-how & safety focus. We moved our experience 3 times over several days due to wind so when the time finally came, I felt a bit nervous on the day of the flight. Thankfully, we had a perfect weather day. The office team was so friendly & accommodating in moving us. As a mother of four children (ages 21-13, of which 3 were with me & my husband was with our son on another activity), I was naturally a bit nervous about wind & anything that could go wrong! Of course, I didn’t express that but it was on my mind. Thankfully, I was so relaxed & felt like we were in very good hands. The experience was breathtaking, relaxing, and just perfect. We highly recommend this team & outfitter. We will absolutely go again!! Thank you!!

I booked a boat rental for 3 hours weeks in advance. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. I gave my credit card information and was told I’d be charged the day of.
I never heard from them again. When I called The day of to confirm they had no record of my booking and The woman on the phone was entirely unhelpful. They refused to acknowledge it was a mistake on their part and we’re not at all sorry.
Ruined our entire plans for the day.

My three kids went parasailing with my husband as an observer the day after Thanksgiving. They all had such a blast! The crew made sure we knew safety was a top priority while keeping the whole boat of passengers entertained and laughing. My kids will remember this experience forever (and we have the pics and go pro video to prove it-also worth purchasing). Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience!

Amazing day on the water with Captain Matt! My boys have never been on a boat before or in the ocean here and Captain Matt helped them feel comfortable and safe. Super nice and respectful guy, great conversation and the best music taste too. He knows tons about the area and made it a fun, exciting and educational experience for everyone!

Wonderful experience parasailing. Our Captain Mark did show us great view of sunset. Captain Mark was kind to stop the boat for us to enjoy sunset on Day 1 2024. Thank you so much Abby for helping my 10 year and 7 year old kids for safe and fun filled sailing.

Picture package is that purchased afterwards after the trip or with a package when you book?

420 pounds is the max for 2 or 3 people up in the parachute at one time. :)
Written May 28, 2020
Yes, it is possible for us to do doubles and triples up in the parachute--as long as the pair or set of three weighs under 420 pounds combined. :)

Is there a weight limit per person if 2 are parasailing together?
Written March 4, 2019
As long as the pair or set of three weighs under 420 pounds combined, you are good to go! If someone is lighter, we will fly a person that weighs more a second time--for free--if necessary, so that the lighter weight individual will be properly supported. :)

Is it much colder when you up high and how high up is it when parasailing? it looks to be about 100-150 feet max but mostly I would like to know if the temperature is much much colder or not, thanks in advance.
Written January 17, 2017
The US Coast Guard rule for height is 450 ft. in the air as the maximum with 1,200 ft. of line. We fly all of our parasailers at this height and amount of line. Consistency is key! And as for the temperature--heat rises, so you won't be cold up there. :)
Written May 28, 2020
Was it cold when you up high and about how high up are you anyway with the parasailing? Its looks to be about 100-150feet up. But mostly I would like to know if it is much colder or not? thanks in advance for your response.
Written January 17, 2017
It is not cold while parasailing. If you choose to be dipped in the water I would suggest a sweater and/or towel for afterwards on the boat. Your distance in the air varies on the package you choose when purchasing your trip.

Is there an age and/or weight minimum/restriction on parasailing??
Written October 28, 2016
Parasailers age 6 and older may go up in the parachute, children 6 years of age and under are permitted to ride along on the boat, but are not permitted to go up in the parachute.
As long as a pair or set of three parasailers weigh under 420 pounds combined, they will be good to fly! :)
