Great beach if you want nothing at all, Siesta Key IS a great beach, but it has NO facilities. So.you want the good beaches then you need to get the "All In" beaches like Clearwater.

Having been to and stayed at Siesta Ke Beach a few months ago, I felt staying at and going to Crescent Beach would not be as impressive, but I was so wrong. We stayed at Aloha Kai Village, which is just a short walk to the beach and I am so impressed with Crescent Beach. O need to ever go... More

As beautiful as Siesta Key beach is, Crescent Beach one ups it in my opinion. You have the same beautiful white sand beach WITHOUT the crowds. We stayed at one of the condo resorts that has PRIVATE access to this beach. Paradise!

Crescent Beach is less crowded than Siesta Key Beach and more family-oriented I think. This is a great time of the year to come and hopefully no hurricanes at this time. I would come back again. However because of the storms or maybe Hurricane Matthew there was some dead fish and other things brushed up on the beach. That's to... More

Beautiful water. Constant breeze. Light crowds. Very light waves. Soft, white and cool sand. Best in the US. Caribbean style beach. Easily accessible. Bike or walk to beach access 12. Condos on the south of Siesta Key are perfect to enjoy this beach and avoid the public beach crowds.

If you like long wide soft sand beaches, this is the beach for you. The sand is mixed with crystal and there is lots of it in this 7 mile beach, free parking, a playscape for the kids, showers to rinse off the sand with and beautiful blue green clear water. Not to mention the sandbars. The water can vary... More

The beach is clean bright white and powdery sand. This September trip included very few other visitors along the beach. It felt very private. Water was clear and calm. Beautiful!

My boyfriend and I rode bike to the beach and the water was refreshing and low tide. We are frm Miami and the waves here are usually powerful and high and you constantly have to be jumping. Most noticeable aspect about this beach is the white sand.

Amazing beach, you'll never want to leave! White sand feels like powdered sugar, it's wonderful. Everyone comes to watch sunset and take pictures every night. And we got to see dolphins and manatees, wow!:)

Beautiful beach except red tide came in while we were there. I did get great shells though but the washed up fish smelled and was off putting. But the sand is white and not hot to walk on. We did walk the beach for miles laughing the entire say. Warmest ocean water I've ever been in.
