This is a small cute town area but, like most small towns it's struggling. Needs good art type shops and, good reasturants around the circle area too move in cause it's pretty dead. Town should allow rebuilding, perhaps even letting a couple popular chain resturants too move in to get people going there again. Could stand too demolish a couple buildings just for free parking to places, events they could do. Most of us here feel it's just too hard of a place too park right now, period! Business can't seem too make it cause it needs really good resturants or, chain redturants too get the place moving. The faded bistro is just down one of the streets and, there lunch food is great, beautiful surroundings for a meal. I'm sure getting the town moving again would help them too and, bring in more business to the city of sebring. Christmas display in circle great but, they don't keep it up through New Years day! Like most places do... Bummer!

what a quite and pretty small town. Driving down the streets you will see murals on the buildings. You need to get out of your car to go read the story behing the painting. There are many murals downtown. This is a must if you are in downtown Sebring.

I’m saddened to see that the veterans memorial was taken down and considered an eye sore. It should have been restored instead of getting rid of it. It’s like the city just threw away our veterans who sacrificed so much for their country and for the families who had to endure these sacrifices as well. I’m so sorry. Horrible way to treat veterans.

Nothing to see in Sebring downtown. No shops, restaurants, really depressing. Drove out to this town because it was supposed to be charming. Very disappointed.

We were in W Palm Beach and have a friend who lives in Tampa. Since visiting either one of us would be quite a ride, we decided to meet in the middle. So we picked Sebring. It was about 2 hours away from W Palm and I was happy to see that the town was very nice. It was larger than I imagined and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The town was clean and friendly.

Sebring Historic District is run down, shops are not open on Sunday, not a lot of activities, historic shops smell historic. Needs revitalized! Sebring is a nice town with small but beautiful lakes and could use a little more life to the historic downtown.

We went there on a Sunday afternoon. The center Park was very nice. The shops were closed. I asked around and most of the business had all went out of business. It was probably a great area at one time.

A very depressing view of a small town that appears to have stalled progress. Most businesses are either closed or geared towards residents. Surprised that no tourist spots or unique boutiques were here.

The Flea Mall in the old bank was unique in design but failed to have anything of true need or value. Each bankers office was a separate owner selling old and used merchandise.

The best stop was the Ice Cream And Soda Shoppe on the roundabout. Great ice creams and literally 100s of different bottled sodas.

Friday night at 6pm the town was desolate and shutdown. That was ok as most businesses were not geared towards young to middle age visitors.
