This is a great park for kids. They love the circus theme and its a pretty decent size playground. They also have a walking or jogging trail and lots of outdoor running space.

I don't know, I would call the restaurant. But because the Circus Playground is adjacent I think it would be a great place to have a party. There is not a lot of seating so bring a blanket and eat outside!
