Did not see the park but did go to the beach that felt like powdered sugar when you walked on it. The water is an aqua blue green and you can see to the bottom. Very pleasant and peaceful time!

Its been a long time since my wife and I visited this park. We liked coming here because it was quiet, had lots of large trees that provided shade and had lovely views of Big Pass and Siesta Key.

Beautiful sunset and a great Place for shelling. It wasn't that busy at all and the showers at the end were nice for washing the sand away. It was tight on parking though, you'd have to walk a good way to get to the beach.

Compared to the more popular Siesta Key, this place has more trees for shade and less people, you might even find a parking spot! There are rest room facilities, picnic areas and places to fish or kayak.

Careful the current can be strong, keep an eye on the kids. Lesser crowds make that easy.... clear beautiful water and the nearby showers make this spot one our favorites... lots of starfish if you look!

Leider kein Kayaking, no kayaking. Die Strömungen in die Bucht hinein können gefährlich sein. Schwimmen hier ist untersagt.
