Pretty much anything you might look for you’ll find at the Sarasota farmers market... including lots of organic... and it’s among stores so other shopping is fun too. Even Whole Foods is near by. Go, see, have fun!!!

Visiting Sarasota, and came upon the Farmer’s Market. Very large with great diversity of produce. There were several organic booths with superb vegetables, very reasonably priced. Merchants were very friendly. Simply a great experience. Worth going if one is in Sarasota on a Saturday morning.

Not so big but lots of good stuff to see and buy. Located at the downtown area. Friendly vendors and lots of organic merchandise and locally grown food. Nice way to spend your saturday mornings in the city.

Limited seating is available. And I found that people are most gracious about sharing open seats at their table. (Most welcome to a New Yorker who is not used to such friendliness.)
