Nice evening tour that departed from the east end of Stickney Point Road bridge at 630 pm. Nice new oversized pontoon boat took us north up for a 2-hour tour up the intracoastal waterway to the shoreline of Lido beach where we watched the sunset. We spotted a couple dolphins shortly after leaving shore. All the cold complimentary wine & beer we could handle was part of the package price. Nice music played by the captain who narrated our tour along the way. Nice package for the money and recommend of looking for a unique way to spend your evening.

In the past month we took friends Parasailing out of Siesta Key Watersports. The entire operation is most professional. The office staff is on the ball and then the drivers of the boat are so fun and we felt very safe. If you are questioning whether you should go as an observer, don't question. It is so worth it! We saw dolphins and a sting ray. We had so much fun that we went back and rented jet ski's Memorial Day weekend and we had a blast. The staff was very thorough before we departed and made sure we knew what we were doing and where we were going. Again we saw lots of dolphins and some sharks. It was a blast! We highly recommend.

Awesome experience at Siesta Keys Watersports this morning with Ty and Brandon! Check in was quick and easy and we were able to get on the first boat of the day within 10 minutes of arriving. Great tunes on the beautiful 2 hour ride and you could tell they were experienced and kept everything fun yet safe! A ton of high quality pictures uploaded to our phones immediately following the trip. 10/10 recommend!

Several points:

1. We made a reservation for 2pm for 2 people, for 1.5 hrs. At no point in time did they tell us to arrive half an hour early. There was an accident on the highway that caused us to be a few minutes late. We called and the first thing they said, in a terse manner, was that "our time would be cut short". Okay, apologies for something completely and utterly out of our control? And thanks for the attitude? They really knew how to set the tone for what was supposed to be a fun day.

2. We show up and everyone working in the shop was maskless. My friend asked them to put on masks, which they completely ignored. Nice!

3. Since they refused to extend our time due the traffic that we were apparently supposed to part like it was the Red Sea, we asked if we could reduce our time to one hour (btw, we were only 10 minutes late). They at first refused, but then eventually said "fine, but this is why we usually tell people to arrive half an hour before." Again, never said it. This was confirmed by the party behind us, who faced a similar issue - they were never advised that they should arrive half an hour before their appointment.

4. Even after agreeing to the time reduction, one employee tried to convince her co-worker (or, more likely, her superior) to charge us for 1.5 hours as opposed to 1. When I attempted to intervene she raised her voice, which really highlights the professionalism of this business.

5. They gauge prices for dings, to the extreme. Not surprising given the above.

0/5 do NOT recommend. Steer clear. Literally and figuratively.

My husband, myself ,along w/some friends went out for a day of jet skiing. We were warned by the gentleman in front of us to video/take pictures of the jet skiis b4 going out b/c the previous persons coming back in ...the company charged them for damage that they had not done and that was previously already on the jet ski. So Please take pics of the jet ski b4 heading out. They will try and charge you $200/per inch of any damages. So Beware!!!! Good thing we took pictures and made a video b/c lo & behold they tried to say it appeared as if we had hit something.....you're kidding right. My husband then proceeded to show them the pic of the damage to the jet b4 we'd even got on. Case closed!

Worst customer service ever. I booked it for Friday at 11 am on Tuesday. I got a call from them Wednesday morning saying there are not enough people for Friday daytime tour but will let you know. Thursday morning I was told that I would get a call on Friday morning regarding the same. Friday morning I didn’t get a call so I called in. I was told I need to pay extra $15 to move to evening because there’s not enough people on daytime. I told them it’s not fair for me to pay extra $15 because I’m not requesting any changes. They didn’t help at all. Worst experience ever. Her name is Jenny.Later on I got a call from gentleman called Brad and told me he drive to boat and would love to fix it. He was very kind but my wife already booked it with another company. We need more people like Brad and less people like Jenny

As our first time parasailing all went well until we swapped boats with a group that had just returned and were sick. That brought it whole groups spirit down but the crew quickly did the best they could to calm any fears. My 12 year old daughter all of the sudden wanted to chicken out and the workers were very patient and made her feel comfortable again and off we went. We were so happy that we did. The science was great, we got dipped, and she begged to do it again throughout our trip!

Been on a few sunset cruises in Sarasota, this was the least enjoyable. The Captain was funny with rehearsed jokes, but added virtually no value at all regarding the mansions on Big Pass. Furthermore, the tour went nowhere near Bird Key and all the mansions as well as the occupants of those mansions, or the history of Bird Key. Basically, without a great sunset, this cruise would’ve been a complete waste of time. I would suggest trying other sunset cruises before locking into this one.

This trip was a lot of fun. Capt. Chad and Corey were excellent crew and hosts. Chad was very knowledgeable about the area and boating and Corey was fun and outgoing and made sure everyone had a good time. We’re going back for parasailing.

My family rented 2 jetskis for 2 hours each and it was awesome. As other reviewers have pointed out all boats and jetskis have to go fairly slow for a good 20+ minutes to get out into the Gulf of Mexico where you can really open up and have a blast. I am very glad I rented for 2 hours. Next time I might spring for 3 hours, it was that fun.

The jetskis were big and powerful enough to easily hold two adults. They each had a water tight compartment to hold wallet and cell phones. Life preservers are included.

Do the required boating license thing at home so you don't have to do it while standing there. It's quite easy.

Everyone who worked there was super nice. Our family is very happy.
