Nice little place. Very hot day, but plenty of places to sit in the shade and rest. The flamingos are just beautiful.

I first visited Jungle Gardens in January 1988 with three small children, only a few years after moving to northeast Florida. Vivid memories of fabulous flamingos and sulfur springs faded over decades, until I couldn't remember the name or location of this enchanting place. In...More

Thought is was really neat seeing the different animals but it would have been nice if they were in enclosures that allowed you to see them better and take pictures. Feeding the flamingos was the highlight of the visit. Watch out for the swans..they can...More

A taste of vintage Florida can be had in this 80 year old attraction. Bicycling, basketball playing parrots and Cockatoos, flamingo, alligators, reptiles, playground, great gift shop, restaurant and snacks. Perfect for strollers. Walking paths through native gardens and see birds in their natural habitat....More

My son took my wife and I for Mothers Day and we really enjoyed it. Scenic gardens, flamingos (you can feed), and other wildlife make it a fun place to visit.

There is not a lot of walking. You can tour the whole park in 45 minutes if you want. It depends on how long you want to spend looking at the Flamingos and the beautiful birds. They also have shows to watch with seats.
