We lived on the key for ten years, walked around the village a hundred times. It's most popular, of course, for the Saturday farmer's market and the various craft and art shows, which are lots of fun. The restaurants are all open and run the...More

There are several great restaurants in the Village. Village Cafe for breakfast. SKOB for lunch. The Lobster Pot for dinner. Lots of shops. The wine shops has a great tasting of local wines. Great way to spend the day.

I can recommend SKOB ( Siesta Key Oyster Bar) Joto, Japanese, Blu-Q, Another Broken Egg,,Lobster pot, Daquiri Deck, The Hub, to eat. Of all is go to The Hub, nice music, fantastic margaritas!

Perhaps comparing to West Coast beach towns like Monterey, Carmel, Santa Barbara, La Jolla and several others in California is unfair, Siesta Key Beach is justly ranked as one of America's best. Too bad the Village can't even come close to many of the above...More

There are a lot of things to do here, so get out of the car and walk around. There are shoppes and restaurants to explore. It is a real good time.

Very walkable, with a nice variety of shops and restaurants. Super friendly, and affordable. The kids loved it, will definitely go back.

This is the place to take your out of town guests. Great funky restaurants lots of fried foods and lots of ice cream stores

Fun shops. Many restaurants to choose from.Touristy. Crazy traffic in "season" Try to avoid parking on the main road. Many parking spaces available behind the shopping area.
