This was our second time fishing with Austin with Santa Rosa Charters, and we had a great time once more! It started off catching some small croackers to use as bait for the bigger fish. We caught 6 Spanish Mackerel, 2 Lady Fish, and a Saltwater Catfish. We only kept the good ones for eating! Austin is great about recognizing where the fish are biting and when it may be time to move. He’s had years of experience in the bay, and it makes a big difference! Highly recommend giving them a try if for any skill level.

Great Fishing Experience

Had a friend come into town for a visit and we chartered Santa Rosa for two days. Aside from TS Nicholas making us play a guessing game with the weather, we were able to get both days in albeit a bit wet. Captain Josh did a great job getting us limits on Redfish and Speckled Trout. On our second day, we went after bull Redfish and had a blast. I highly recommend this outfit for inshore fishing to anyone wanting to get out on the bay for some good fishing.

My wife and i booked a trip with Captain Austin and we had a GREAT time!
Austin was a great Captain and he really put us on the fish! The atmosphere on the boat was laid back and relaxed. We caught to many fish to keep count of. When the fish would stop biting at where we were, he would move and we would be right back to catching fish again. He really worked hard at making sure we had a great time. He was extremely well prepared. At the end of the day Austin cleaned our fish and gave us tips on how to cook them.We highly recommend Captain Austin. We will return in October and will definitely book with him again.

Santa Rosa Charters Rock!

Today was my first experience fishing, and we had an absolute blast! We did the 4 hour charter with 5 adults, and it was just the right amount of time. We started with catching some 15-18 inch varieties, leveled up throughout the next couple hours, and ended with catching some really big ones! Austin was our guide, and he was great at answering all of our questions as well as keeping us all ready to go with baited lines. He could name all of the different species in the bay to the point that he almost always knew what kind it was before we ever even reeled it in. His expertise, patience, and knowledge of the hot spots made it a stellar experience. I will certainly recommend to friends!

Great service, great experience, lots of fish!

We went out with Santa Rosa Charters (Capt Austin) late March 2022. We had to move our original time because of severe weather but they were super accommodating and luckily we still could fit it in on our 1 wk vacation. It was a great experience. Caught several types of fish (trout, snapper and red fish). Austin was a great guy, very knowledgeable and a really fun guide. Two teenage kids loved it and so did the fathers. Caught lots of fish and enjoyed an amazing day on the water.

Great Family Memories

Capt Austin and Santa Rosa Charters were awesome. Great communication prior to the trip. Easy access to the boat/dock. Austin was great with our 3 young kids and keeping their lines baited and in the water where the fish were.

Great day on the bay!

Our crew had a really good experience with Santa Rosa Charters. Weather was not in our favor but they made us aware of the conditions and what we should expect. Capt Josh arrived on time, had bait already on board and made us feel welcome. We hit a few spots catching some fish here and there, once nothing was happening the Capt told us to reel our baits in and moved to the next best spot! The kids loved it and we will be back again! Thanks Capt Josh and I forgot to mention how easy it was to book. No deposit and a simple text with directions and the young lady answered all of the questions we had for her. Great time and would recommend

Amazing fishing.

Had an amazing time with captain Austin. First time fishing inshore and enjoyed it way more than offshore. You're out fishing in no time and if fish aren't biting you move to a new spot. Captain Austin was very knowledgeable and working with his brother, who was in a different boat, we were able to land some amazing fish. We will definitely be back to fish with them again.

Great day bay fishing

We had an amazing 4 hour bay fishing trip with Captain Case. We started out by catching our bait for the larger fish . . . little perch / brim. Then he took us to several spots to catch speckled trout. He made sure each of us had a successful catch! We caught our limit, which he cleaned and removed bones at the end ! We brought a small ice chest with us so we could transport them back to our condo and cooked them for dinner. Perfect day for 4 adults! They have a shorter trip for kids, which we will do when the grandkids are a bit older.

Best day of fishing.

We came down for a week long vacation with family. And decide to book a fishing trip. Rebecca was very easy to book our trip with. A call and couple text and we had it booked. We meet Austin at the boat ramp very nice center console boat. Couple hellos and off we went. In just 10-15 min boat ride to a fishing hole we were catching fish. The 2 hr trip was gone to fast. Next time we will book a longer trip. Thanks Capt Austin and Rebecca for a great experience
