Reached out to Jongle Beach after numerous recommendations for a bonfire company. We were looking super last minute and they were able to pull a permit and set everything up within 24 hours notice (isn’t always possible). Beach/bonfire attendant was super friendly and helpful. Loved the added Cornhole game even if it was a Florida Gators board (*signed a FSU Seminole). Will definitely use again, next time for bike rentals!

Used Jongle Beach services to rent our bikes and it couldn't have been any easier from booking the bikes, drop off, and pick up. The bikes came a little later than planned but no issue at all. Santa Rosa Beach is such a bike-able town and we explored a new path everyday. Nancy, who we booked with was awesome. Can't wait to come back again next year!!! Thanks Jongle Beach Services!

We had never done one, and just happened to see one mentioned on trip advisor. I actually tried to contact that company first, but there was some difficulty in communicating with them, and ultimately they were too busy. I contacted the family that owns the house we were staying in and asked them and they recommended Jongle. It was a completely different experience when I contacted them. They were responsive and very helpful. It was a perfect end to our vacation. They provide water and s’mores. They said they could do hot dogs as well, but we chose to eat dinner before. It’s a very nice set up and more than a few people walking by commented on how nice it was. I would definitely recommend them for a bonfire! We did not rent anything else but if we go back I would contact them before anyone else to rent beach items.

It saddens me to write this review, but I hope to have integrity in my reviews to help other people. Because of the other really good reviews, I am hopeful that this is not the norm. Nanci at Jongle was so nice when we reached out to book. We decided to give our business to a family owned place (this time around) because we realized so many businesses were suffering due to the pandemic. We rented bikes and umbrella service for six days. First the bikes...All four were rusted to the point where you couldn't raise or lower the seat. The cushioning on the handlebars was ripped or non-existent. My bike's chain was so rusted and bent that it was grinding against my bike and had to be replaced. The umbrellas and chairs were shocking. On day one when set up by the beach service people, both umbrellas had between 2-4 spokes sticking out, and I don't mean barely sticking out, but hanging out about six inches...so dangerous! One of our footrests had a metal connector that was so bent it dug into your knee. My husband's chair was completely ripped in the back so there was nothing to hold him up in his chair. The beach crew was actually upset and insisted on giving us all new chairs and umbrellas for the entire time at no extra charge. We were going to call Jongle immediately, but we had already called about the bike the day before, and instead of getting back with us on that day, it was the next morning before anything was done. We didn't want to be inconvenienced again. Also, the beach crew suggested they should have known the condition of the equipment before delivery. We were so grateful to them for taking care of us and left a hefty tip. I will say that Jongle was $100 higher for the six day period compared to two other companies I checked. Nanci said if we purchased their umbrella and bike service then they would match the price. That was super nice, and then she gave us tables for free. This is why I am saddened to give a bad review, but honestly someone should have checked the quality. I think the owners of Jongle would have been so embarrassed.

We travel to this area of Florida every year. We have always rented bikes during our 2-3 week stay.We arranged the entire rental over the phone and bikes were delivered without any issues. On this particular trip we somehow broke the bike lock and were not able to get our bikes unlocked while we were in Seaside. A representative from Jongle was there within 15 minutes to cut the bike lock off of the bike and she even loaded us up with our bikes and gave us a ride home. When you have so many options available with comporable pricing, the way to stand out and retain repeat business is to always offer friendly, hassle free service. Jongle will be our go-to beach rental service.

Don’t use anyone but Jongle! Great service! Another local bike company overbooked for Spring Break and Jongle saved my trip. Awesome color coordinated bike to pedal barefoot to Stinky’s Bait Shack Bar for breakfast frozen Stink Juice drink.

Good bikes, great service, fair rates. What more can you ask for? No hassle rental agreement. Offered to pick us up if we rode to far to make it back(we didn't need him to). Checked to make sure everything was good with bikes when we passed a few days after we rented them. Will rent here again.

Price great, one of the bikes had a small problem and they swapped it out no complaints.will use in the future.

If you are in need of renting bicycles for adults and children you will get great service and a friendly welcome here. They treated us like family. Can’t wait until we return again to do business with these folks. Patti from Kentucky

We call on Jongle every summer at 30A. Multiple families vacationing together every July and Jongle has always given us top notch service for beach chair rental, set-up and bonfires. Won’t use anyone else!
