Forest has great bike trails. There are also horse trails! Get out in the forest and your blood pressure goes down.

Great hiking in the Eastern Lake trail loop. Beautiful and serene. Bring water - the trail is long.it is flat and easy with only one area we had to detour around due to standing water after heavy rains. The topography here is beautiful with old...More

I have not walked this but seen people walk it. We have always driven through and it's neat to go back in all the areas near 30a and see the untouched sides.

30A is known for its 20 mile bike path. I have discovered the trails through Port Washington State Forest, and they are a lot of fun, too. They are a great place for solitude and natural beauty. The stretch between Satinwood Road and Hwy 82...More

We live here and they have the best hiking and jeep trails - very well maintained and fun - it is a great secret about the jeep trails but they should be shared - preferable in some locations for 4WD

A nice getaway from the tourists. Minimal wildlife but plenty of foliage. A work in progress, but very peaceful. We were on foot but there were lots of mountain bikers. Near to Destin and Tallahassee. $2 a person. Lots of choices for a meal nearby.

Great place to bring your mountain/off road bike. Not recommended for road bikes. This is Florida...so, not exactly a mountain bike trail in the standard sense as there aren't really any hills. However, it offers its own challenges. Lots of roots, stumps, sand, and turns....More

Went on a 3.5 mile bike in this beautiful forest. It was pleasant, invigorating and worth the effort. The trail was supposed to be part of the Florida Birding Trail but we saw very few birds. Still a good walk in the woods. Also very...More
