Cooperative gallery showing the works of 24 professional area artists housed in a a 1915 relocated turquoise beach house. Artworks are in a variety of mediums- oils, acrylics, watercolors, photography, mixed media, wood and metal sculpture, fiber art, fine porcelain and whimsical clayworks, jewelry, and painted wooden bowls. Something for everyone can be found!

I visited 06.28.2022 and enjoyed browsing the art from various artists and the friendly staffer who told me about the historic house it is located in. Various types of art in a range of prices make it possible to find something for a reasonable cost. I ended up with a water color and a large print. Plenty of parking. I enjoyed my under an hour visit very much.

My husband and I make this a regular stop every time we come to Sanibel. We love the local art and we almost always come out of there with a new piece (or pieces) for our home. So happy to find a place to support local artists.

I love this gallery and my husband and I visit each time we visit Sanibel. The light and airy atmosphere is the perfect backdrop for the amazing works of art. We always meet at least one of the artists and this is a big plus.

The Tower Gallery is my first stop when visiting Sanibel. Not only is the art exquisite, it offers a nice opportunity to visit with some of the local artists running the gallery. I look forward to picking up a new piece or two every year. Definitely put this local treasure on your shopping list

Stopped in on a whim. We had been hoping to take something home as a reminding from the trip. The building, a former beach house moved to its current location, is impeccably well maintained and a reminder of an earlier time on the island. The location is perfect for stopping on the way back from the Ding Darling Preserve, CROW Rehabilitation Center or Bailey National Shell Museum. The art work was a mix of mediums and very appropriate to the island. Great quality and well priced. We ended up buying a numbered print and were so impressed bought a house warming gift for a friend. They shipping costs are next to nothing. But best of all was talking and sharing with the artist on duty. This is a cooperative so all artists are assigned a day to work. Talk about a first hand art experience--this is it. Highly recommend this to browse or to buy.

If you want some Sanibel decor for your home or cottage. This is the place to find it. It was very enjoyable walking the gallery.

A great collection of local artists work. You never know what you you will find, the artist update their work continually. We went there one day and couldn't decide what we wanted to purchase and then next day different things were there. Great place to shop.

We try to visit Sanibel at least once a year and this gallery is a must visit. There is a wide range of beautiful original art in many mediums and it's a treat to just go in and browse. The gallery is an artist coop and the artists take turns manning the desk and are always willing to share their knowledge. There are two floors of exhibits in the small building and steps are required to get to the second floor which may be limiting for some but you will still find much to enjoy on the first floor.
If you love art I am sure this will become a regular stop for you on any visits to Sanibel !

The Tower Gallery offers the work of local artists in a charming low-key setting. The works range in price from extremely affordable to high end museum quality. I recently bought a painting for my daughter for her birthday.It was very professionally packaged and sent, arriving in perfect condition.
