I visited with my college-aged daughter and found the staff very helpful. I decided to do a cross stitch project based on a local artist's picture that my daughter had photographed earlier in the day. The store had a kit so I decided to rekindle my cross stitching hobby to make it for her! The store personnel offered to gather the materials for my project which I found very helpful.

This is one of the friendliest shops on the Gulf Coast. They offer the best selection of nautical themed fabric and batiks of any quilt store I have visited. I make it a point, any time that I make a trip to South Florida, to stop in and see what they have that's new. They have never disappointed. Their fabric is reasonably priced, and they offer a wide variety of other crafting items as well. It is well worth your time to stop in for a visit, but leave your husband at home...lol, he won't like seeing how much fabric you are getting. (pictured, is a cute magnetic mask charm that I picked up when I got my fabric)

Whenever I take a vacation, I like to learn something new. Thankfully, this special, local craft shop is a gem! I went in browsing, asked about a beautiful basket, and was offered a class with June, who provided an easy-to-schedule basket making class. What a treat! Taking an afternoon to create a souvenir was very relaxing and special. Affordable, too! Check them out! They are wonderful!

My second visit in four years. I enjoy getting their emails and visiting in person is a breath of fresh air. A nice selection of Florida/tropical fabric and crafting supplies. Picked up some fat quarters for my stash and marine beads for bracelets. The staff was very friendly, and offered safety precautions for Covid.

I stopped in with my kids, looking for a few random craft supplies, doubtful we would find them on such a small island, inside such a little store. What we found was an incredibly well-edited stock of art supplies, gorgeous quilting fabrics, and an incredibly helpful, warm and knowledgeable staff. They had the items we wanted, plus many things we didn't know we wanted (but were happy to buy!). Each of the women that helped us was friendly and offered up useful tips. Just an unexpected lovely visit. I've been to craft and art supply stores around the country (and even in other countries), and this one is a gem--forget the big chains...support the little local shops!!!

Bought a quilt pattern there. Women were very sweet to talk to.
Hopefully I will someday do it! It would be a nice place to go-espcially if you are staying on the island longer than a week.

Brought my teens to this store in the hopes of finding some floss to match a project. The ladies in here were so so so nice and the finds in their little store were amazing! So many incredible projects hanging on the walls. We felt so welcome and the selection was lovely.

Two of us were buying over $30 worth of merchandise each. We had one coupon from the local newspaper for $5 off of $30 or more. We asked if we could use the coupon for each of our purchases. The employee said "no" we must have a paper coupon for each purchase. My sister went outside the store to see if she could find another local newspaper and a coupon. Right outside the door was a newspaper dispenser and we were able to obtain a second coupon. Why wouldn't the clerk honor one coupon for both of us, and if she could not, why didn't she tell us another newspaper was right outside the door. Secondly, one of the ladies in our group asked another employee "Can you make a recommendation where we can get good key lime pie on the island?". The employee responded with an attitude "No, you will have to go to Key West to get key lime pie." We didn't think that was an appropriate response in either case.

For any quilter or fabric lover , 3 Crafty Ladies is a super shop. They have hundreds of very high quality fabrics and specialize in seaside, beachy, shell and bright sunny fabrics. Water, clouds, birds, flamingoes you name it. In addition they also have traditional and hard to find fabrics. Wonderful projects to make are displayed with available patterns in very original designs. The store is bright and fun and the staff are very helpful, especially Tracie who I think is the owner.

We stopped in here while waiting for Sweet Melissa's, across the street, to open. We are sewers and crafters, and we enjoyed looking around. The help did not seem to notice us, and when I purchased a small item they didn't seem to care.

I recommend coming here if you like to quilt or sew or make things, especially with children. Hope the staff was just having a off day.
