Just over the Sanibel Causeway is this building that houses plenty of helpful information, tips and brochures for tourists. Be sure to ask for the seashell brochure which identifies all of the different types of shells that can be found on the island.

I really love this visit. I cannot pass on the stop. My favorite picture... "Wipe the snow off your feet"!!!!!This is the best. The maps and ideas of where to dine and stop by, is grand. Thank you for the Passport Stamp. See you next time.

We stopped here on a rainy day. Many tourists. I asked about how to get to the shell museum and got good directions. No complaints about the resources provided.

I called the chamber to ask what type of mosquito prevention the island was providing. They understood my concern and told me they sprayed frequently. They provided additional resources for me to contact if i had further questions regarding the Zika Virus.

While we stopped by to get some information about the Island we received tons of literature in a very nice bag that had shells on it with the shell name listed under the shell. The woman behind the counter was helpful.

We stopped in here just to get some random info on things to do around the island. We got all that and more. She was verrry helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Everything from where to get groceries and souvenirs. She suggested several boat tours to us. And the best way to view an island sunset. This place is loaded with literature...... More

The first time we came to Sanibel we were given a book at check in at our condo that had almost all of the restaurants and menus. It was SO helpful, especially with a group because you could look in one place and see all the menus. I know I can get them online- but it is a pain to... More
