We had scheduled a 4 hour trip for tomorrow ($550.00) . I emailed earlier today, asking for some kind of directions. I had no response, so I called at 9:00 this evening. I live in Naples and was only told to go over a “second” causeway? I have absolutely no idea how to find the boat or even know what the name of the boat is. Or how to get there. My phone call was answered by a man that was speaking very slowly and heavily slurring his words. When I told him that I needed directions he said “you don’t sound like you want to go on this trip so I have to cancel” ???? He was so out of it that I’m thankful I DIDNT take my family on his boat! I will be posting this review for others to be aware.

We had to decide. Do we continue doing tours or follow CDC guidelines and let our employees stay at home. As we were making this decision we received a phone call at 7:30pm for a charter booked for the next day from this potential guest . We dont really understand her hostility toward us as we responded each time she contacted us and even after hours when she called for directions as we were telling her again she became very upset about it so we felt it best to cancel the tour and let our employees stay at home with their children and family's instead.of attempting to accommodate someone that was having some other issues at the time. We hope everyone is safe and healthy and as soon as we can we will resume or tours to Cayo Costa.

While the boat was beautiful, and guides nice enough, the Cayo Costa island we went to was disgusting - seaweed washed on shore with way too many dead fish everywhere. They should choose a much nicer beach to go it. It smelled, the water was gross. Not many seashells. Paddles boards and kayaks weren't the nicest either, older and worn, We saw a few dophins and a manitee, which was nice, it was a beautiful day out, but while on the boat you cruise very fast so it's hard to talk, and bumpy, and since the island was so gross we spent most of our time on the boat trying to find dolphins. Not worth the money.

Very unusual A tropical storm was passing through and this party was driving from Naples (an hour away) to join us so we contacted them as soon as we knew to let them know it would be a day we would not be doing tours and we would have to cancel because of the tropical storm. They then asked if the next day would be better. The next morning they called first thing so we informed them it was a much better day with full sunshine however no rain but still a bit breezy so if they choose to we would be happy to accommodate them. They never informed the Captain when asked during their tour or us after that they were having or had any issues and were very grateful and appreciative to their Captain leaving a very nice tip. Take some time and read some of the many other reviews of our guests experiences with us over the last 25 years of doing tours to Cayo Costa. Very unusual.

What a perfect day!! Weather, water, and Cayo Costa were gorgeous. Captain Mike to great care of us... Chairs, umbrellas, snorkels and masks, paddle boards, shelling bags and so much more (bathroom on the boat too). CAP Mike took us to a secluded side of the island. Water was crystal clear. Shells were copious. The kids had a blast playing in the water. He found dolphins to play/surf in our wake on the way back. Simply amazing and relaxing. Worth every penny and more for our private charter. We can't wait for our next excursion. We HIGHLY recommend Sanibel Island Cruise Line.

Your Captain will choose one of the several areas they have discovered over the 25 years they have been doing tours to Cayo Costa that best fits the needs of their guests depending on the conditions they have on the day they have chosen. They quickly realize all of the options they have once at the secluded beach including shelling, snorkeling with full face or traditional masks or using fins or one of the sea jets for snorkeling paddleboarding kayaking boogie boarding or relaxing on a chair with under an umbrella all inclusive in our Cayo Costa watersports tours they will find its the most unique way to enjoy some time on the best tour they will have as they spend their time in the Sanibel area. We hope you have the opportunity to join us and make our tour part of your time when you are in the Sanibel area. Contact us directly at 239-472-5799 if you have any questions.

From the moment I emailed the request to the end of the trip, customer service was the best I’ve received! Captain Mike helped us have an amazing time with dolphins playing to quiet beach time and equipment for my curious 5 and 8 year olds to try!!! Beyond thrilled with the experience and the fun had by all from 5 to 72!!! Thank you Captain Mike!!!

Its alwas a good thing when a family with young ones loves everything we have to offer and take the time to let others know about the experience they had. We do have gear available and set up fot all ages to give them the opportunity at no extra cost to paddleboardi kayak snorkel with full face masks or traditional gear and use fins or one of the sea scooters that are for snorkeling. We also have boogie boards chairs umbrellas towels and a cooler with ice so all you need to bring is whatever you would like to eat or drink and your set for a great time. Hope you have the opportunity to join us.

We used two boats to transport 12 guests out to Cayo Costa for four hours of play. They picked us up on time at the causeway island. Captain Mike and Captain Jack helped us board the boats with our gear and provided coolers for our drinks and food. Along the boat ride, they pointed out key geographic features and helped track down some dolphins. At Cayo Costa, the captains set up beach chairs, umbrellas and brought the coolers ashore. The hooked us up with paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear. We had the beach mostly to ourselves and played for hours. When it was time to level, the captains packed up everything for the group and shuttled us back to the starting point. The trip was a unique way to explore and play in the ocean near Sanibel Island. We took the trip on our first morning, so it was a great way to kick off the trip.

Its always a good day when we see one of our guests once they get home think about their time with us an take the time without request to inform others of their time with us. Our 2 boat tours allow parties of more than six guests and up to 12 guests enjoy what is the most unique tour in the area. We offer tours on boats that move quickly to allow time for us to tell you about the area and have the chance to view dolphins on a scenic ride to Cayo Costa state park to paddle-board kayak snorkel and have lunch on what most times is your own private beach in areas picked by our guides that are best for shelling because only can be reached by boat. We hope you have the chance to join us on what is the most unique tour you will find in the Sanibel area.
