Poor Staff and Rude Employees
Mar 2022
Yesterday, I took my son and his friends to the trampoline park. I had been there before, actually celebrated my son's birthday a month ago there. It seemed over packed with people and a bit understaffed. On the dodgeball arena small children were mixed in with bigger kids and games were not being timed. Pretty much a free for all. We were there from 5:00 pm -6:00. During this time, my child was bullied and smacked in the face by a bigger kid (in the dodgeball arena). All because when my child launched the ball during the game, it accidentally hit this kid in the face. The attendant in charge did nothing. So when I approached the kid that hit my son, the attendant of the dodgeball arena rudely decided to chime in. He stated that "he did not know me, he did not care about me" and threatened me to get out of his face. Several times. Really??? This is the way this place treats their customers. When I approached the manager, it seemed like she was another "teen" in charge, she took it very lightly. Even after the fact that two other parents and a teen approached her at the same time to tell her they had issues with the same kid inside the dodgeball arena and that the attendant just stood there and did NOTHING. I do not like trampoline parks, but unfortunately my kids do. However, we will never step foot in this one, or the Tampa one (same owner). Todd Rittle, this is not the way customers want to be treated. The ball is now on your court.

A cool place to be with the kiddos even though is a little bit pricy for the place and for the few stuff in it, but an hour will do for a little fun. Also, they do not aloud food from outside, so be wallet prepared and also, public restroom cleanliness is serious business guys; they were very disagreeable and unpleasant.

The park is very nice. The organization leaves a lot to be desired. They have no good way of designating who has memberships and who doesn't . Therefore every time I bring my grandson in who has a membership, I have to go through a lot of hoops to prove his membership. This is on a weekly basis. They could easily issue membership cards or at least numbers to avoid this problem .I'm tired of being charged twice. The question , Is this poor management or fraud?

This is a fabulous indoor jumping place.
Our ten year old loves it. $20 two hour jump deal now for June + $3 for socks.
Fun fun fun!
Good exercise too!

This was the first time that I had ever visited an Altitude Park. Upon entering I patiently waited in line to pay my fees only to be told that I needed to walk over to the registration area and complete that task first. When I had done so, I turned around and the line of customers was out the door. A young female employee approached me and asked if everything was OK. I told her in no uncertain terms how disgusted I was and the reasoning for it. I told her they needed a sign at the entrance to alert first time customers about the procedures for admittance. She told me that they did have a sign that stated that, but unfortunately it was broken and the replacement sign had not arrived yet. In a matter of minutes , she diffused the situation with a smile on her face, and had my kids admittance completed. Her name is Rona, and for someone so young in years, she handled the situation like an absolute professional. Her parents should be proud of the young women they raised and I hope the owners of this franchise recognize what a talent they have on their team. She alone was responsible for turning this from a one star review into a five. I am confident that she has a promising future ahead of her.
