This place was great! If you’re looking for a true deep tissue massage then it doesn’t get any better than Rachael! She took her time and got all of the knots out of my legs. Sheila performed my wife’s massage and she raved about her! Just the right amount of pressure between Swedish and Deep Tissue. The atmosphere was great as well in downtown St Pete. Clean place and very friendly. We typically get massages whenever we travel and this one ranks up there with some of our best experiences, highly recommend.

Visiting area and decided to get a massage, aroma style. It was very nice. Only issue was that there is just one changing room/bathroom for women. Good news, there were no men that day so could use the mens room. Seems like this could be an issue with several concurring appointments as they do have several treatment rooms. Overall, very good experience. There is a parking garage adjacent to the spa.

The spa is small. There is no working steam room or sauna. I have been here three times in the last 2 months and all of my massages have been very good. The price is also very reasonable. There is a small locker/ dressing area with a hot shower as well as a relaxation/ waiting room.

This was the WORST spa experience I have ever had to endure. It is Mothers day & I planned a 2 hour/each Relaxation massage for my best friend & I, same room. It was loud environment and my therapist didnt know how to do her job. I want to point out I am not a spa novice. I get regular weekly massages. I had Chris(female) therapist. With in 15 minutes I could tell she didn't know what she was doing. She didnt have any proper technique, didn't know the muscle anatomy, attempted to apply some technique and failed, didnt use enough oil, so there was some friction, would just stop & put light pressure with open hand on a part of my body for couple mins, wasn't even able to properly perform stretches. We also didnt get any strawberrys and champagne as advertised for Mothers day. I cut the therapy off and went to complain. They insulted my intelligence by suggesting I may have needed a diff type massage. My friend had no issues with her therapist Maddy(female). Management still made me pay.

We are surprised and disheartened by this news. We truly strive to go above and beyond for our customers, so it is very concerning to not have met your expectations. We do value our client’s opinion, it strengthens us. We do want to express however, that you booked an online 120 minute relaxation massage with our licensed massage therapist who has been practicing relaxation pressure for over 4 years. On our website, we have a detailed account of what each service entails, and by choosing a relaxation massage online, the exact specifications for this service was available for viewing. All our therapists perform according to their specialty. We have a variety of cross trained specialists ranging from Estheticians to Acupuncture to Ashiatsu. Your therapist, Chris, specializes in the following services: Aromatherapy, Prenatal massage, Reflexology, Warm stone, Relaxation, and head and scalp massage. As you can see, she is not bookable for therapeutic, she does not use therapeutic techniques. We value our therapists’ time and their hard work as independent contractors, we have never encountered a poor review of Chris, in fact she had a five-star review on the very same day as your service. It is important to understand that Chris nearly completed 2 hr service. We tried to accommodate by offering 50% off your massage and even an additional complementary therapeutic massage with another therapist, which unfortunately you choose not to accept. We truly do our best to make sure our clients are fully satisfied with their services and we do not take this review lightly. We do apologize for not providing the service you were expecting; however, we feel we have done our best to try and accommodate you by offering the discount and complementary service.

Tranquility is the BEST! Their massage therapy is always GREAT. I usually see Dawn, who is so calming, nice and gives a strong massage!!! My family has also seen Andrea and Marcela and loved them. They have a shower, steam room and quiet lounge area.
They have many additional services. Salon is always clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this spa - you will LOVE IT!

I needed a facial and have been looking at this place for a while. I decided I would try the Collagen Radiance Facial. My aesthetician Cindy did a great job. She was very friendly and informative. I will definitely be going back. With regards to the overall spa, it is not huge. However the staff is very friendly.

My daughter and I were visiting St Petersburg and made an appointment for massages at Tranquility. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing from the reception to the very end. The spa was clean and inviting. Our therapists, Dawn and Marcella, were both very professional and did an awesome job working out all the kinks and knots.

I had a 90min Deep Tissue Massage with Amy this morning. I arrived with an incredible amount of tension in my back and shoulders. Amy is the therapeutic specialist at Tranquility Wellness Spa and she proved it! I presented a challenge but Amy's skill and patience won the day! I left after the massage feeling wonderful! I would recommend this Wellness Spa and Amy to anyone truly need to recover from significant stress! My massage was heavenly and I will most definitely be returning to see Amy!

While visiting St. Pete, it has become a 'tradition' to go to Tranquility Spa for mani/pedi with my daughter.
Once again, I was not disappointed with the service. The decor and service all match with the name, Tranquility.
Our attendants were amazing, friendly, very good at what they do and overall made the experience terrific.
When I return to St. Pete, I will return for another visit, it is worth the time to be pampered!

Had a facial here and the experience was wonderful! As soon as you can on your robe and slippers youre immediately relaxed..
