What a great experience the owner Duncan was the one who took us on a tour of the whole facility with amazing glass artwork things like I’ve never seen before. He also took us into where the kilns were for firing the glass and forming the glass and there were two live demonstrations of building horses in a matter of one minute or less out of molten glass, absolutely amazing. Not to mention the beautiful grounds and party area with all tropical planet vegetation. This is a must say when you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed.
Thanks for visiting and the lovely review! Yes, the glassblowing IS amazing and fun to watch. Please come visit again.

    1st time Visit
I went for the first time with the Seabunnies ( my all womens dive club). Duncan gave us a personal tour. Several of our members are artists themselves. We were all very impressed not only with the amazingly beautiful glass art pieces from various artists but the beautiful tropical setting which you can actually rent for events.
Thanks for visiting with the Seabunnies! Glad you were able to appreciate the setting as well as the art work. Pleases stop by again! Glassblowing demos every Thurs. between 1 and 5.

    Beautiful glasswork art!
Thank you, Trip Advisor, for recommending this gallery! It was a wonderful way to spend an hour or so. Each piece is absolutely amazing! Easy parking, bathrooms available, and we got to meet Duncan and several other artists. The only things that could have made it better was if we were there when they were blowing the glass and I would’ve loved to buy a t-shirt so that I could advertise about their gallery! I can’t remember the lady’s name that welcomed us, but she was very friendly and informative! Stop by! You won’t be disappointed!
Thank you for the lovely review! So glad you were able to experience the gallery. We have glassblowing demonstrations every Thursday between 1 and 5pm, please come back again!

If I won the lottery, I'd rush to the Duncan McClellan Gallery
I love the Duncan McClellan Gallery and glass-blowing studio. I hadn't been in a few years, but went tonight for the Second Saturday Art Walk. The artist doing a demonstration was amazing. The garden was beautiful. The gallery had works by artists I recognized and artist whose works I'd never seen before. Duncan is always a gracious host and the other glassblowers are friendly and informative. The glass works are mind-blowing.
Thank you for the kind review! So glad you were able to include the gallery during the Art Walk and hope you will stop by again. We do glassblowing demos every Thursday afternoon between 1 and 5.

    Worth visiting!!!
Wow! I did not know how many different types of arguments I could get into with my girlfriend with regards to this review. She said I should mention it as art glass, and I started off by saying blown glass, and to be honest, we are not experts to say the least . you can enjoy i the gallery no matter whether you know about this art form or not. Duncan was, very happy to explain a little bit about the gallery/museum. In addition, I have to send my regards to Ramon the cat. There are two other furry friends and I must apologize because I can’t recall their names. Ps use your GPS to locate and look for the flag at the end of their driveway.
Thank you for the lovely review...sounds as though this was a good discussion! Yes, this is one gallery that regardless of your experience with art, you will surely find beauty. The cats, Ramon, Cecil, and Monroe send their regards!

The Gallery that Has it All!
There are galleries and there are galleries. Then there's Duncan McClellan Glass Gallery. Where do I begin? Do you want to look at amazing, creative works of glass art? Look no farther. You are warmly greeted by the owner, Duncan, or his sunny wife, Irene, who will offer to take you on a tour of the premises, or let you walk around on your own if that is your preference, stopping at every section, every nook, every corner, as it catches your fancy. The intricate pieces of art, the dazzling colors, the simplicity of some pieces, the complexity of others, will blow your mind. For a deeper appreciation of how art like this was born, go to the Hot Shop and watch a demonstration of glass being blown, shaped, and colored; listen in wonder as the artists explain the various processes that lead to the finished product. They have regular staff artists demonstrating this, but often there will be guest artists from all over the world taking over for two or three days. Or maybe you just want to relax in the closest thing to Paradise on Earth? There are many sofas in the outdoor section, where you can sit and reflect on the many creations the artists have shared for your sensory pleasure. If you can pull yourself out of this reverie, the Sculpture Garden awaits you. It is a garden planted by Duncan McClellan himself. About 15 years ago, on this spot there was nothing but an old warehouse and a sandy lot that God didn't know what to do with. Duncan, with his own two hands and a vision, transformed the lot into a small, thick forest of many fruit trees and bushes. He also planted sculptures throughout, as well as some glass owls and other birds whose eyes seem to follow you as you stroll their garden. It is all thick and natural, not like a manicured lawn with plants planted according to a blueprint. As if all that weren't enough, there are three guard cats that roam the gardens and keep a sharp eye out for anything amiss. They welcome gentle head scratches, quiet whispers of endearment, and lots of love.
Wow, what a lovely review! Thank you so much for truly appreciating all the gallery has to offer. You captured it all, inside and out! Please come back and see the ever-changing artists that we love to share with our visitors.

A Warm Welcome to a Delightful Space
We were greeted by Duncan himself as we walked in. He explained the gallery's teaching and supporting purposes and pointed us toward the things we were interested in. The gardens are lovely and filled with glass artwork. There are comfy sofas everywhere -and a cat! We spent almost an hour looking at the stunning pieces of glass and the beautiful jewelry while learning how some of the pieces were made. Our donation will help the gallery educate more young artists like the ones who already contribute to the gallery's installations. We'd recommend a visit - you won't be disappointed.
Thank you so much for the glowing review! So glad you visited and please do come back again! Your donation is much appreciated and please know it will be put to very good use in our education program.

My family went to the gallery on a day the weather wasnt great and were blown away by the pieces on display. The artwork was beautiful and impressive in a way that had us reminiscing on the experience for days afterward. We also got to meet Duncan himself, who was very friendly and answered all our questions about the artists, the pieces, and the glass making process. Would definitely recommend!
Thank you so much for the lovely review! Please come back and visit again!

Would have had a hard time finding this place without GPS, but it led me right to the door. It's in a warehouse district. Parked on the grass across the street. Despite getting ready for an upcoming show, the owner greeted me and spent several minutes telling me about the gallery and their DMG School Project educational charity for K-12 students. No admission fee for the gallery, but donations are accepted. I believe the money goes to support the school. Beautiful art work in the gallery. I recognized some artist names from the Imagine museum. Art work is for sale, but there's zero pressure to purchase. The pieces were out of my price range, but I did see some affordable ornaments and sun catchers outside the studio on the same property. There is also an outside garden area with works of art, places to sit, and plants. We were free to roam, but people were always ready to answer questions. We enjoyed the cats who were also free to roam. Well worth the time to visit.

Thank you for visiting the gallery and your complimentary review. You are correct that there is no charge for the gallery, but DMG School Project is a charity that operates on donation and, with the generous support of donors, we are able to go out to schools with our hot glass mobile unit and teach 400 to 700 students in a day as well as have children here on field trips and much more. We're glad you enjoyed the museum-quality artwork and gardens and hope you visit us (and the resident cats) again.

Our Shutterbug group from the Tarpon Springs Women's Club visited the gallery on Tuesday, January 22,2020. We were greeted by the founder, Duncan McClellan and given the most wonderful history and tour of the gallery. He told us about the featured artists and explained their style of work. The items on display are simply wonderful. You will be amazed at what can be done with glass! There is an outdoor garden with paths and art and plants grown by Duncan and his wife. They have showing and events, you can bring a group and make an etched wine glass. The group of artists are dedicated to teaching children in the schools about glass blowing and they take their mobile studio to schools and work with the kids.
As you tour the gallery you most likely will meet one or two of the artists and they will tell you about the process.
It is something you will not want to miss.
There is no fee to enter the gallery, pieces are on sale and, you can make a donation in the jar by the door.
I cannot wait to go back for one of the events and to make a piece of blown glass.

Thank you so much for the wonderful, detailed review and 5-stars! That's much appreciated. We enjoyed having your group here and hope you'll visit again soon and often. Just to clarify, the donation jar by the door is strictly for our educational charity, DMG School Project. Donations ensure that DMG School Project can continue to go out to schools with the mobile unit, host school field trips (we had over 500 students here last year) and support emerging artists in a number of ways. Thanks again for visit and the stellar review.

This Gallery is kind of hard to find, but the effort is MORE than worth it! The artwork is tastefully displayed, and I appreciated having the pricing easy to find. Many artists are involved in this gallery, and this location is well worth visiting. The outdoor garden has beautiful pieces, and there is usually an artist working on glass blowing that you can observe for no extra fee. We will definitely be back next time we visit.

Thank you for visiting the gallery and posting your nice review. We represent approximately 100 artists so there is tremendous diversity and, further, our exhibits change often so there's always much to see that's new and exciting. There is no fee whatsoever to visit the gallery, but the educational charity started by Duncan, DMG School Project, does operate by donations which are greatly appreciated so that we can continue to go out to schools with our mobile unit, have school field trips here, and help support emerging artists.

The glass works were phenomenal. Duncan McClellan was very hospitable and entertaining, regaling us with stories and even teaching us about mushrooms. They have a wonderful courtyard, which pre-COVID days was used for weddings and receptions. Beautiful. We brought lunch with us and had a wonderful picnic. Everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend visiting, and if you are so inclined buying some art

Highly recommend this free glass art gallery which displays a number of different artists ,many who have spent a residency in their on site glass blowing work shop( which is open to visitors). Great Covid free activity as open space with high ceilings and ventilation. The back garden areas with unique sculptures and glass art too are not to be missed!

Friendly staff and an impressive variety of different techniques used to create the unique work which is for sale too.

This has the most expensive glass pieces I have ever seen. Though it is a store and I am sure people buy it is more like a museum. Beautiful pieces for up to $30,000.00. It’s nice to stop by for about a half hour to see what can be made and bought if money is no objects. Some of the artists can been seen in the imagine museum.

Thank you for visiting our gallery and giving us a 5-star review. We do represent largely world-renowned artists who create museum quality work, many of whom also have pieces at the Imagine and other museums. In addition, the educational charity we created, DMG School Project, helps support emerging artists. We have a small retail store just outside the hotshot where pieces (i.e. sun catchers, flowers, small vases, etc.) were made right here in our hot shop and sell for $12.00 and up.

Outstandingly beautiful exhibition of glass works by a large variety of artists from all over the world.
We were able to visit with the owner and staff a little, but we didn’t have a “formal” tour because they were setting up for a big event on the week-end.
I have never seen such an amazing collection of museum quality art and the amazing variety that was represented.
We plan on going back on the week-end to see some glass blowing at the event.
The gallery is hidden a a warehouse district close to the “Rays” stadium.
It is definitely worth checking out!

Thank you for your 5-star review and nice comments. We're glad you enjoyed the gallery and grounds so much and that you plan to be back for more this weekend. We would love to see you again during ArtWalk on Saturday (from 5:00 to 9:30 P.M.) and/or this Sunday (from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M). There will be glass blowing demonstrations on both days, around 6:00 P.M. on Saturday and at about noon on Sunday, with a lecture to follow on Sunday.

We had the great experience of taking a glass etching class at the studio. Lauren was terrific explaining tihe process , and made the class enjoyable and easy. We came away with two custom made stemless glasses that we designed ourselves. The studio itself is magnificent with all types of glass art done by Duncan and other artists. Just coming to the studio and surrounding gardens is a must if ever in the area. Duncan is a world class artist who is easily approachable and willing to take the time to speak with all visitors. Highly recommend taking the glass etching class!!!

This is a great place to visit with an incredible assortment of glass art! There is social distancing so the trip here is both worth it and safe. There’s a glass blowing shop where you can see artists working on their glass art in real time. The host is very friendly and took us around the museum and explained how the hot shop worked etc. It was really fun and we both enjoyed it. Parking is easy, and bonus there’s a really cute cat :) 10/10 definitely recommend

It’s an all over amazing place! We were warmly welcomed into the Gallery. I had no idea what that the gallery was so big and featured so many artists. It was hard to decide where to start, there was so many beautiful pieces to see. I was stunned at what these artists could create. Glass blowing was not being demonstrated that day so we are returning in two days which is the next time it is scheduled. The gallery alone is worth the visit. Glass blowing will be the cherry on top!
