If you like plants particularly palm trees you'll enjoy walking through this. It's pretty small and attached to the wonderful North shore park.

The garden is pretty to walk thought and take pictures in but when we were there homeless people were sleeping on the benches and it made walking around with small children very uncomfortable!

Meandering paths through a plethora of Palm trees. Some of the signs need to be replaced. A lovely place to spend some time.

This palm tree arboretum is a lovely spot to walk and relax. Palms are many varieties. Unfortunately the park needs maintenance. Signs have been ripped off, are misleading, and trash is on the ground. I hope the city spends some time and money on this gem.

We've walked through the Gizella Kopsick Arboretum many, many times, but we went to the Arboretum over the weekend for a purpose. We had seen a particular palm and none of us knew it's name. This is a beautiful area full of many varieties of palm trees. Great walk admiring them all. There is a large parking area and a beach on the other side of the sea wall. Beautiful.

lovely bricks path (with some repairs currently going on) to meander thru numerous palms ~ most name but some identification plaques were missing (hoping they are being replaced as some of the brickwork is being given a "facelift")

If you enjoy a meandering stroll near the beach through a virtual library of palm plants and trees, then take a few minutes to visit the arboretum. We found street parking nearby but there is also an adjacent parking lot at the aquatic center as well.
