90 minute ride for $45. I will drive you to Fort DeSoto park the Segway tour, we will visit Fort DeSoto and Jungle area. There will be many photo opportunities. You have an opportunity to drive new, improved Segway at full speed 13 miles per hour. Rides for Saturday and Sunday should be scheduled in advance. We're open seven days a week from sunrise to sunset. Please call us to reserve the tour. We will meet next to CVS by Dolphin Landings in Dolphin Village on St. Pete beach (next to Publix). Segway rides for family with kids. It will be an amazing experience! Please call in advance for reservation.

We had a fabulous afternoon segway tour of Fort Desoto. Remi took time to make sure our 13 year old daughters felt comfortable before we set out. It was a nice complete tour with beach, nature and some stretches to go fast. He also took nice pictures of the family too.

For Desoto park is beautiful. We met Remi at the park and he is very pleasant. His “training” session could be a bit more refined, possibly cut in half. It was a lot of standing around while each person got a one on one lesson. He was very focused on safety, almost to a fault as it made some part of the trip a little less enjoyable. My teenagers got the hang of it very quickly and we just wanted to ride but we would have to stop every minute or so so he would tell us yet another safety tip. However, he was funny and knowledgeable and very nice. We enjoyed him and the park and the views. If you haven’t ridden a Segway before, this is a great first-time spot. Flat, gorgeous views and you will definitely be very safe and have some laughs. 😁

The guide was very thorough with his instructions and safety was highly emphasized. We had a great time and even our 7 year old picked it up without a problem. Highly recommended tour! Scenery was wonderful and we got to see a lot of wildlife including dolphins and osprey.

Had a great family tour with Remi! First he spent a lot of time with us teaching us the proper way to use the Segway safely and we got time to practice in the parking lot before heading out for the tour through Fort de Soto. Our group ranged in ages from 13-75 and everyone loved our tour with Remi. Remi took us all around the park showing us some beautiful areas. We all had tons of fun and lots of good laughs with Remi. Next time we’re in Florida we’ll certainly do this tour again!

We met Remi at the Publix and followed him in our car to Fort DeSoto Park so that we could stay at the park after the ride. Remi is very thorough in his instruction and has safety in mind so that everyone has a wonderful experience. He took us to several areas of the park, including a section of the beach, so that we had a chance to ride on different types of terrain. The scenery was beautiful and Remi's humor and personality add to the fun. This tour is so much better than riding through city streets. We did this last year for the first time and came back again this year. This will be a regular part of our activities in this area. Thanks, Remi!

This was soooo much fun! Remi was very helpful and took the time to teach each of us to properly ride the segways. Fort DeSoto Park is gorgeous and he took us to so many different parks of the park that we would have never seen on our own. I highly recommend this tour. A must-do when visiting and the highlight of our trip. Can’t wait to bring the kids.

We loved this tour! We discovered parts of Fort Hammer State Park that I would have never experienced or known about without this kind of exploration. Remi was a great guide and took us to a lot of different spots. Beach paths, walking trails, natural grass covered terrain, sidewalks and roadways. He gets 5 Stars just for his focus on safety alone. He took the time to train everyone, make sure you had a true feel for the segway before you began & most importantly, kept an eye on us throughout to make sure we were okay. The scenery was beautiful, the speed made it not be as hot as it could have otherwise been and we have plans to go back to explore on our own now that we have seen so many cool areas in the park!

We met Remi at th Publix and drove us to DeSoto Park. After plenty of instruction (we've never been on a Seway) we did a delightful tour of the park. Lots of photo opportunities! It was just 2 of us so very personalized tour which meant we got to stop at the fort also on the way back to our car.

I’ve never been on a Segway before! Remi was the best teacher, safety first! With 4 people to teach he was funny and extremely patient. Best part was the teaching which took a good 45 mins wasn’t a part of the tour. After some practice we were ready to take to the trails of the beautiful Fort DeSoto park on the beach. It was stunningly beautiful . Remi even took us to a spot to see dolphins! The price was extremely inexpensive for this type of tour. I have traveled to Europe & Hawaii and even walking tours charged more. I wouldn’t hesitate to Segway with Remi. So much fun

If you’re looking for an adventurous good time, take a Segway tour with Remi!
Remi was informative, entertaining, and patient. As a first time rider, he taught me all I needed to know to stay safe and have fun. My parents were on their third tour with Remi and feel it was just as fun as the first two times! The tour includes beautiful scenery, lots of laughs, and a little history lesson. Definitely a must do excursion for the whole family!! Thank you, Remi!

What age/weight restrictions are there?

Hi there,
I'm not 100% sure so would check with Remi. I do have an idea it was 220lb. My husband is a tall, heavy (205lb) man, and he was fine. As far as age goes, you sign a disclaimer before the ride, and as long as your travel insurance or health insurance covers you if you're out of state I don't think you'd have any problems. The only thing I would say is that you do need to have strong knees as they are flexed for the entire ride. I hope this helps, it really is great fun!
