St. Pete Sailing Charters offers Day Sails and Sunset Cruises in Tampa Bay. Our 44ft Sailboat, Satori, is a beautiful Florida-built classic!
St. Pete Sailing is locally owned and operated. Owners Nick and Kelly spent several years sailing and exploring the Caribbean Islands. Their travels can be seen on the popular Youtube channel, 'Sailing Satori.' They have taken a break from sailing the world and have returned to Tampa Bay to raise a family and share their love of sailing.

My husband and I had the best experience yesterday for our sunset sail! The boat is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing. Nick was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. He even took photos of the two of us throughout the event and presented us with a framed printed photo by the end of the evening, which was such a nice surprise! Would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for a sunset sail in the area!

We spent a quarter day on the water with Captain Nick and had an amazing time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating every step of the way. The boat was comfortable and sailed like a dream. I can’t recommend booking a trip with Sailing Satori enough to those who are looking for a fun and relaxing time on the water.
We will definitely be casting off with Captain Nick again in the near future!

Sailing Satori was just what we needed. A short way from home but felt a million miles from reality. Kelly and Nick run their boat with ease and confidence. Satori was kept very clean with out any worries of COVID. Their expertise of sailing has navigated is easily and safely through the unexpected Florida weather and they know the best places to catch a dolphin siting and beautiful sunsets. The experience has me excited for the next adventure out, can’t wait to book again!!

Nick is incredible and Satori cannot be beat! This yacht is beautiful. It was the perfect size for 6 of us girls plus Nick! Nick made sure we felt safe, comfortable, and ensured we all had a great time! He went above and beyond by providing my motion-sick friend with a range of remedies. Simultaneously he made sure we got several great group pics and even printed one out for us and framed it before we departed the ship! Nick knows what he is doing! Book this experience, you won't regret it!

As previous sailors that have moved on to power boating we decided to celebrate our anniversary with a sail. We had high winds and overcast skies which in my opinion made the trip perfect. Getting out of the slip was tricky with the winds and Nick did an excellent job. We headed out onto the bay under power and put the sails up when out of the channel. We sailed for about 2 hours, healing over comfortably and we’re moving at about 8kts the entire time. Bring your own drinks and snacks. We brought sparking wine in a can (Sophia) as we don’t like to take glass on a boat and that way didn’t have to deal with cups. It was a perfect anniversary trip, we saw a peak of sunset, the sky was pink. It would highly recommend this almost private tour. We had 4 others who had sailed before on the boat and it made for a great outing. Next time I hope to plan for a dinner on the St Petersburg pier afterwards, 7pm would have been perfect.

What a great memory Sailing Satori Charters has made for me! If you're in the St. Pete, Fl area, this is a must do. I would plan another vacation there just so I can go again. Capt. Nick was very punctual, safe and kept my experience a top priority. The boat was super clean and well maintained.

This experience was incredible! We booked this for my sis’s bacherlotte and it was such a hit.
Nick was very professional, personable, an amazing host, and we felt very safe in his hands. One of the girls got a little seasick and he had tons of remedies to help her out.
He offered to take our pictures and even printed one out for us!! This kind of hospitality doesn’t come very often. I would highly recommend this experience.
Book Nick if you want an amazing view of Tampa and memories that will last forever.

We’ve had the pleasure of chartering a few sails with the Sailing Satori crew. Both Nick and Kelly are incredibly knowledgeable in what they do. They go out of their way to see to it that guests feel safe and have fun too. We wouldn’t hesitate scheduling with them again! The Sailing Satori crew are an absolute delight!

Four hour sunset cruise.
Captain Nick was wonderful, could not have been a better family event. What a great sail with local St Pete knowledge and exciting stories of his extensive Caribbean sailing experiences. Seeing DTSP for the first time from the water was especially beautiful. Captain Nick brought us around the iconic landmarks and then out into the open Tampa Bay for a great sail. Finishing our tour with a scenic view of the sunset behind downtown. Lifetime memories for my family. I highly recommend this unusual outing; choose a charter with Sailing Santori. What a beautifully kept boat, comfortable seating, great choice of music, and fortunate to have dolphins swimming along side.

Highly Recommend! Sunset sail around the Bay. Very relaxing. Even with some choppy seas it was a great time. The captain & crew made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. Nick & Kelly were very personable and knowledgeable about sailing and the Tampa Bay Area. It was a small group- just my party of 2 and another party of 2. It made for a more intimate setting. Will 100% book again for the next sailing trip!
