Very nice theater. Acoustics are awesome

I like this theater. Great acoustics and great for concerts. Be warned that the seats are very very small. Small as in a size 28 waist small. Good parking. But get there early.

This was our first time here. We saw "Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood". The place was amazing and the staff was very helpful. The seats were very comfortable. My grandchildren had the best time. It is right on the water so we went outside after the show and enjoyed the scenery too.

Well, we have again seen the Wonderful Celtic Woman , Irish Spectacular' Tour again during their visit here in the Tampa / St Petersburg area. WE have seen them many many times and every time they are Spectacular'. Just beautiful and great performance by great Team. The Mahaffey provided a comfortable and acoustically pleasing venue for this celebration of Irish... More

What a fun time we had listening to the Celtic Woman. Terrific theater. This time we really enjoyed being able to order food through FoodNow and it was delivered to the Atrium in the theater. We were able to arrive and get into the theater 90 minutes early and we enjoyed wine and food prior to the show. It was... More

Went to a concert. Acoustics were awesome as well as the seating. You can sit anywhere there and enjoy whatever is on stage because the seats are set up for a perfect view.

If you relish Irish Dance then this is a show for you. The performances by the entire cast were spellbinding. Like 'Riverdance' and 'Lord of the Dance' , the energy and synchronized choreography amazed and stimulated. To realize that the show's creator and Principal Dancer, Justin Boros-Balor, is self taught boggles the mind. When coupled with the equally mesmerizing dancing... More

Our church conducted three services here on Christmas Eve with all of them packed, over 6,000 people for the three. The theater has great acoustics in a beautiful setting. It sits overlooking the South Basin on Bayside.

Nice location overlooking the harbour, on the downtown waterfront. A little removed from the restaurant district. Closest eatery is The Hanger (not listed on tripadvisor) at the airport terminal but avoid. Great acoustics, Bennett put the microphone down and was still easily heard throughout the hall. Very limited number of washrooms. Nice helpful mature staff - most had some personal... More

Beautiful building, lovely location by the bay. Seats are comfortable. Ushers were helpful. Tony Bennett seemed to love the acoustics and told the audience to never let this building be torn down. There seemed to be only one somewhat large Women's restroom on the first floor. There was quite a bottleneck at the door both before and after the show.
