I first saw Dale Chihuly's work on the lobby ceiling of the Belagio Casinio in Las Vegas. To thus, be more than pleasantly suprised to find that he has a gallery in St Pete's. Ok, you have to pay for admission, but the fee is far outweighed by the stunning quality of the physically huge pieces of glass artwork on... More

We saw this exhibit in December in the Morean Art Center. (See my review there.) It's now closed and is moving to a new location. If you can get there when it reopens, it's well worth the visit.

I went on St. Pete Museum day and only paid $1, so I couldn't complain, but regular admission was like $15. Very cool stuff, but could see the whole exhibit in 20 minutes. Moving to new location soon so will probably improve. For the money, Dali.

I took my kids to see the glass and it was amazing! We went slow and it took a LOT of pictures. It took us about 45 minutes to tour the glass.

Chihuly is amazing. The museum is currently closed but will reopen in a new location in Fall, 2016. The collection is definitely worth viewing. For those unfamiliar with his work this is glass art like you have never seen.

This place is expensive first of all second he doesn't even blow his own glass anymore. So hey do you want to see. Collection of "Inspired by" pieces, plus after awhile they all look the same.

The exhibit is currently closed as the new location is being built. Although not in as vibrant a location the new facility looks bigger and more parking friendly.
