Specializing in women's and men's sterling silver jewelry and fashion accessories since 2011, Landing Company is a "favorite" with visitors and locals alike. Many of our items are designed in-house. I walked past twice and tried to stay away but this shop has beautiful and inexpensive pieces. When I entered, one of the two girls greeted me; Maty was extremely sweet and professional and was happy to help me search for a wedding gift for a friend. As I got closer to the other girl.... no thanks. She was extremely aggressive in her body language and slightly rude in her tone. She even went as far as, when I requested info on a piece of jewelry, she stated she’d write it in cursive over standard form and it’s illegible. As much as I like the pieces, that type of treatment, I wouldn’t purchase a 5 dollar ring from them. Hopefully Maty gets great recognition for being hospitable.

The "Landing Company" is a stellar Jeweler offering some of the most Exotic Jewelry that is rare to find. I actually made a purchase from this Store and after calling in to advise of an issue that I had with my piece, arrangements were made to further accommodate in order to help resolve in the best possible way.
I must say that the Assistance was above and beyond! Dawn, who is the Supervisor, made it her priority that my satisfaction was met and it surely was! Not only was the issue rectified but the quality of Service was Top-Notch! Thank you Dawn in all that you do for the Community and in making sure that the Clientele are Happy because I sure was feeling great after everything was complete!
