Staff was nice and you can't beat the price. They have umbrellas and snorkeling gear available upon request. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I would also suggest that you take some snacks and drinks, maybe a chair.

The staff is friendly and informative. You can rent a fishing set-up, bicycle. Or you can charter a boat for a personal experience. They have everything you need. Also, they have fresh fish to buy if you choose to cook.

Had a great time shelling on Shell Key! Great service from the boat company -- found LOTS of shells. If you go to the more remote part of the beach - you might find some sand dollars... but allow for enough time to get back to the boat!

Great spot to get fish spread and many other kinds of fresh catch fish/seafood! Can't get much better than this! Plus the boat tours are great - try the shell island, you won't be disappointed!

This is a small fishing pier overlooking the inland waterway with bait and tackle shop plus boat trips depart to see dolphins/shuttle to Shell Key/sunset cruises/fishing trips etc. You can also hire plus cycles. There are benches on Pass-a Grille Way where you can sit watching boaters and pelicans or just relax soaking up the sun and bay ambience. There's... More

We were looking for bikes to ride around St. Pete's beach and found Merry Pier. The guy there was very friendly and helpful! Gave us two bikes and they were only $8 an hour. He told us where we could ride which was along the bay and beach. Very beautiful! He gave a lock for free so we could stop... More

Lovely setting..you can almost hear that famous song "SITTING ON THE DOCK OF THE BAY" ...Lots of beautiful birds, fishermen, and watercraft. Also a fresh fish store right on the dock! Dockside benches with an absolutely beautiful view. You can take a cruise here also! Bait and tackle sold at the store..or bring your own..a visit you'll remember.

Small pier, hometown feel. They sell everything from bait fish to fresh seafood. You can fish there or take a charter boat. Across from the Seahorse restaurant where we were and had breakfast. Nice tourist spots for pics.
