Are you in the mood for fun and exciting water sports, an adventure out to Egmont Key, and/or a relaxing sunset cruise? Then you have come to the right place.Here at Allen's Aquatic Adventures, we offer Wake boarding, Water Skiing, Knee Boarding, and the crowd favorite, tubing. As for the island trips, we will all have snorkel gear, Frisbee, football, paddle ball, and the chance to adventure around Egmont Key to see some of the historical sites. For the Sunset Cruises, we can put on some tunes and enjoy the sunset.

We spent our honeymoon in St. Pete Beach in October 2022 and knew we wanted to book a sunset cruise. I had researched a bunch of different cruises in the area but Allen's Aquatic Adventures was the only one I found that was private for just us 2, easily accessible from our condo and a great price! We had so much fun on our cruise and Capt Allen was super helpful with local restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area itself. I would absolutely recommend Capt Allen as your guide for a romantic sunset cruise or any type of service he offers!

I can't say enough about Allen and his wonderful service! My husband had not water skied in 20+ years, and Allen was patient in allowing him to fulfill his dream of trying to do do again! Although the weather was inclement Allen made the best of our time by taking us on a guided tour of Egmont Key and the lighthouse and abandoned Fort there. He even took pictures for us after our batteries died and forwarded to us after the trip! His communication was prompt, clear and personal. I would highly recommend him for any water sport or just a day on the water in the St. Pete area. His services are highly personalized to your desires and therefore you won't be disappointed!

FUN! FUN! FUN! Our 4 hour trip with Captain Allen was fun filled and relaxing. Our teenage girls both say it was the favorite part of our trip! For anyone planning trip soon, you may read or hear about the red tide. There were warnings of this issue the week we arrived. Captain Allen was available leading up to our boat trip and had excellent communication back and forth by text. Your safety is definitely his priority. He was able to easily navigate us to areas where this was not an issue as this was only a problem in certain patches of the ocean in which he had already been monitoring the days prior. I would not let this deter you from enjoying this experience if this is something you were hoping to do.
I did alot of research and while there are many boats that can take you around to various places in and around St. Pete's and Tampa, they don't already incorporate all the water sports. We did wakeboarding, tubing and went looking for dolphins. The boat ride was smooth and super relaxing. For a family who had all never tried wake boarding before, Captain Allen was a great instructor. He was very patient and encouraging. I think that Captain Allen's gift is that this is something that he loves to do.
I would have no hesitation in recommending booking a boat trip with Allen in the future and we will definitely recommend him to any friends and family that travel in the area. A perfect highlight to a family vacation!!!

We had a blast with Allen!! From snorkeling, diving off rock, tubing, and knee boarding he made our experience memorable. Very patient while instructing, also made us feel safe while we all enjoyed ourselves. Wish I could give him more stars. Definitely doing this again.

What a fantastic business! I heard about Allen's Aquatic Adventures through a friend and decided to book a 4 hour wakeboarding and eggmont key excursion for my fiancé's birthday. The entire day was one for the books! We went with 6 people (the max) and 4 out of those 6 people wanted to wakeboard. During our time we were able to each try multiple attempts twice. While I only got up quick and fell over at best, the guys were pros by the end of the day. We then jetted over to eggmont to hang in the water and have a couple white claws. All in with tax, gas and tip the total came to $100/person which I would happily spend over and over again to have the kind of fun we had today! Captain Allen was so nice and patient with us learning to wakeboard. We will definitely be frequent repeat customers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS ALL DAY!! First off Captain Allen has the perfect personality for this type of business. One of those people you feel like you’ve known for years! I love that it’s a private experience instead of hopping on a boat with 40 others. Highly recommend the snorkeling, tubing and Shell Island trip. We will def be future patrons of Captain Allen’s.

We booked an afternoon excursion based off the reviews we read. Captain Allen did not disappoint! We had a fantastic day! He took us to find seashells and sand dollars, we went tubing and he spotted dolphins on the way back and patiently waited to find them so we could see them. They swam right next to the boat. We had a range of ages from 6 to 19 with the kids plus me and my mother. Every one of us had fun. Even my 6 year old wanted to try tubing and Captain Allen promised to drive “little girl slow” at her request so she wouldn’t be scared. She loved it! We highly recommend Allen’s Aquatic Adventures!

We had a blast with Captain Allen. We took a 4 hour trip with him and it was the highlight of our week. My kids haven’t stopped talking about all the fun they had. We visited Egmont Key and Captain Allen gave us a guided tour of the key and took some great family photos for us. We saw several gopher tortoises and explored all the forts. We stopped off for a quick snorkeling adventure and then headed to Shell Key. My kids loved exploring the deserted coastline and found sand dollars and some other neat shells. Then we headed back out for some sightseeing. We saw a manatee and several dolphins. We finished the adventure with some tubing.
Captain Allen is an experienced boater and has a great laid back personality. He was great with my kids and played my daughter’s favorite music. I highly recommend calling him up and getting out on the water for some great adventures. We definitely will next time we are in town.

Thank you so much Allen for an amazing afternoon out on the water! We are a family of 4 with 2 boys ages 10 and 11. We first went out to Shell Island for a quick stop walking on the beach and looking for shells. Next our sons got to try out knee-boarding... and thanks to Allen's instructions they both were very quickly on the board and enjoying their time! Wakeboarding for our 11 year old adventurer came next and again he was up and on the board in no time. Finally the much anticipated tubing which was an absolute blast!! So much fun! I highly recommend booking this - it was the highlight of our trip.

Our family has always had a great time with Captain Allen as we wake board, water ski, and tube with him. We also took a trip to shell island and the shells and sand dollars did not disappoint. He is by far the best Captain in the area and he makes sure each member of the trip has a great time.

Yes, Captain Allen does offer wake boarding! And he is a great instructor. My two boys were first-timers and they both got up and enjoyed their experience.

Unfortunately I do not do jet skis, for some reason TripAdvisor doesn't have them separated. But I do the wakeboarding and other Watersports. It is a chartered service and all the activities are included depending on how much time we do. Right now I have full availability on the 14th and availability in the afternoon on the 15th

Hey there we do offer snorkeling trips and the majority of the time we do see some pretty cool fish. I do like to be honest with my people that there are times where the fish are slim to seeing but it is still a cool fun area to check out. If there are any other questions please feel free to ask.
