Lots of white sand. Durning the summer it does get very hot but you can take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico. One word of caution: the police frown on drinking on the beach itself, but not to worry there are lots of local pubs along the beachfront to get a cool drink.

Loved the beach. A little surprised by amount of broken up shells on sand. Could be a little rough on the feet. A lot of time is spent grooming beaches so they are very clean. Water was really clear and as warm as bath water.

I used to come almost every summer as a kid. As a teenager I stopped coming. Now I'm coming back with my husband and we love it!!

Most of my friends and family zip down to St. Pete whenever they want a quick day or weekend at the beach.

White sand beach. Clear warm water. Unmatched cleanliness. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to spend the day or the week. Your cannot go wrong either way.

We love Saint Pete Beach. Water is warm and clear. The beach is relatively clean. The biggest down fall wax a large group of Latinos blasting Spanish music.... we had to move a hundred feet away so our 2 year old daughter could nap.

Great area for any walk of life, families, couples and real estate potential for rental properties and opportunities. Offshore and flats fishing in the surrounding bay areas is truly world class with more species of fish to catch than you would even imagine. St. Pete Beach has public intercoastal fishing and picnic spots with parking right on blinds pass and... More

I love going to St Pete and the Pass-a-Grille area. Pass-a-Grille is a quaint little area with lots of local shops, a pretty beach, and great local restaurants.
