I really enjoyed this museum. It has a surprising number of artifacts available for viewing, with descriptions and stories interwoven throughout. I liked that the museum brought to light specific people from that period who weren't necessarily leaders, soldiers, or conquerors - like women and...More

Interesting museum, good displays. Although there are no exterior signage, there are clean, public restrooms which are well maintained.

Lots of interesting and informative photos and exhibits. It's a great place to check out when the heat gets to be too much and there is no charge.

We learned a lot going through their exhibits. The interactive part did not work after a certain point which was a shame but did not detract from our enjoyment of this place. The details of specific people really brought the history into the reality of...More

If your visit to St. Augustine includes an appetite for the true history of the town, start here. This is an heavier tour through the ages - not a whole lot of artifacts, just a good mix of literal history illustrations and reproductions.
