It was a long walk from downtown so definitely get a ride from there. The tour was really good. I can't imagine how horrible it would've been to have had to stay in that jail! They tell lots of stories. Very interesting. We loved it!...More

Loved the atmosphere, the staff was wonderful and they made it seem real and very informative. The deputies were great. Being on a cane was a little challenging, but they were very patient with me.

This was our first stop in St. Augustine. We enjoyed looking around the jail and learning how the prisoners lived. Our tour guide Cleetus was great and had lots of info to share.

"Poison" Ivy was the best tour guide. She told her story with enthusiasm, and interacted well with the visitors. The tour was lots of fun, and even educational. My son is still talking about the birdcage! Great for older kids.

Yes but Only the lower level. There's a top floor that is the last part of the jail experience that could not get to if you can walk up steps.
