This is unlike any cathedral I've seen before. Interesting colors, altar decorations and beam struts on ceiling. A vast cavernous place worth seeing. I liked the soft music playing in the background too.

We made sure to schedule our time so we could attend Saturday evening Mass. Afterwards we took our time to walk around and look at all the artwork. It's just beautiful.

You go in a side entrance to see the church. Very nicely maintained and the do have a pay behind the scenes tour in the afternoon. Please leave a donation to help the church This is part of our history

This is such an amazing and beautiful Church. The stained glass windows are beautiful as are the religious statues! You can just sit and observe it's beauty or actually walk around the church and see it's beauty and wonder!

We were looking forward to visiting this Basilica. There was a line to enter, we were encouraged. We went through the tight giftshop while we waited to get to the foyer. There, the doors are locked and you can peer through the windows into the...More

What can I say? My husband and I are not really religious, but love the history and architecture of a beautiful building. We took a quick walk through of the Cathedral and were impressed. Gorgeous windows and opulent decor. Very peaceful place for a visit....More

Pat G. No, you do not need a ticket. A collection will be taken up at the Offertory, but it is absolutely voluntary. In short, it would not cost you a penny, unless you want to donate.

I'm sorry we only visit in the summer. It's a fully functional church so I would say yes. You can always google their name.
