This is a very beautiful Cathedral, and the upkeep of the place is amazing. Definitely a very tranquil place

The cathedral is worth visiting. Though somewhat plain on the exterior, the interior is inspirational...just what you hope for in a place of worship.

The church is beautiful inside and out. The artwork and Tiffany glass windows are amazing to see. A must see when in town.

The basilica was amazingly beautiful and was decorated for Christmas with a lovely manger. Even if one is not Cathloic, it's worth a stop to appreciate the history and dedication to the religion.

Built and rebuilt this basilica has unique wooded architecture and statuary. it maintains its eccliastical aura despite the tourist off St George street. Unique statue of the breast feeding Madonna reminds one of her virgin birth as there also is a statue of a fecund Madonna.
The Cathedral has a sequestered respectful chapel with the eucharistic worship possible.

This is a working church for more than 200 years

St. Augustine has so many canned tourist attractions. This one is the real deal, and should not be missed.

It is free to enter (donations accepted), It is a nice cathedral – not huge, but interesting. There is a small shop where you could purchase articles. Nothing too exciting, but ok for a short 20-minute look. I did not see anyone wearing a mask.

We stopped in to see the Cathedral and we were stunned at the beauty of the church. We did not do a docent tour, but did talk to the staff outside and in the gift shop. Just beautiful and worth a stop in!

While touring downtown St Augustine, we decided to stop in and light a candle for a friend who couldn’t join us for this trip. The architecture is beautiful!

Quiet and prayerful, the cathedral nonetheless had impressive artwork and decor both over the altar, the choir loft, and the side altars. Definitely a place to see, even pray.
