This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Sumo, was so knowledgeable about the estuary and its plant and animal life. Our group included two adults, an 8-year-old, and a 14-year-old. Most of us had very limited kayaking experience, but Sumo’s guidance helped us feel confident on the water. While we weren’t lucky enough to see dolphins or manatees, we saw a number of sea turtles, all sorts of birds, and countless fish jumping out of the water. I would absolutely do this again next time we’re in the area. It was an incredibly peaceful morning.

Over 2hr tour in a huge preserve. Sumo was an excellent guide, and tailored the tour to us. It was a completely different experience from what we’ve done before. There is also a discount on Marineland admission (of course we did it backwards and went to Marineland previously)

Adam guided us through his “neighborhood “ on a beautiful watery path. He clearly loves this area and all the creatures in it, and his enthusiasm was contagious. We had a great time and hope to take another tour on our next visit. Though initially surrounded by clouds, the full moon peaked out at the end.

Nicely done and a beautiful neighborhood in deed. An estuary at its finest showcase encapsulated within a Research Reserve for all to enjoy and fall in love. What nature brings is and will be, while we stay focused to be awakened. Guided By Nature with Appreciation, EZ

This was a great experience! The guides did a great job leading and were so patient with everyone. 2.5 hours seems like a long time to kayak, and I was a little worried I would get tired but they took breaks and I never got tired! Lots of fun!

I have done the sunset tour twice. The visible wildlife varies. You will def see cool birds! However, the real star of the show if the sunset sky that is different every night. Adam is such a cool, relaxed guide. He will offer you all the help you need if you are concerned. He loves his job.
