It was nice being picked up in the golf cart & dropped off but it just wasn't what we expected. The first stop at Old City was amazing. Pretty location & great wine/raviolis but then it went downhill from there. Ended up at Crave waiting in line to order 3 wraps for the 5 of us to split and the workers there didn't seem to have a clue we were coming. Didn't include a picture but it would have been a cardboard to-go box with half a wrap & chips... I don't need to visit a health "fast food" place on a tour. We were hoping for some history about the buildings or restaurants or food we were experiencing but instead had a tour guide that told random stories, mostly about herself. Also, the tour guide sits & eats with you which we would have prefered for our group to be able to eat together & talk, etc. The tour guide talked so much we couldn't even converse amongst ourselves. Then it was awkard because you sit there while they pay the bill. Should be more organized and maybe give the customer some options about where they want to go & what they want to hear about. In the middle of the tour we stopped at a place for dessert so we thought is was over but no, ended up at another place to have a gyro after dessert so that was strange as well. Communication with the customer needs to improve as far as giving an itinerary or something. We literally just jumped on the cart when they picked us up and they never really said, Hey this is what we are doing today...it was just one surprise after the other. Even at some of the restaurants, the tour guide didn't seem to know what was going on....just awkward.
