Paranormal Encounter

We will investigate the spirits that linger near the Oldest Wooden School House on St. George Street with exclusive access to both the gardens and the School House itself.
This building is documented on tax rolls since 1716 and was bought by Juan Genopoly in 1780. Genopoly was an indentured person who came to the Turnbull Plantation to grow and process indigo. He became a merchant and his family lived in the building. In 1788 the school was started with teaching both boys and girls. The last graduating class is believed to have ended in 1864.

Come and explore the grounds carefully, using all of the tools paranormal investigators use. You can bring your own or select one from our assortment of tools available. Make sure you bring your camera and take photos!

We are determined to solve why those who have departed this life refuse to leave the area! This is a real paranormal experience. There are no jump scares, it isn't a haunted house type attraction.

Had an all around great experience with this team. Called a few weeks in advance and spoke with Diane for booking. We were greeted and serviced by Lisa the day of our tour. Our tour guide was Matt - he was great! Super knowledgeable, quick with information, and friendly. Highly recommend this as a family event. Our entire family adults and kids took part and really had fun. Next time, I will make sure my younger kids have a late nap:) Can’t say ENOUGH great things about Lisa also. She was A++++++ Thanks so much!!!

The tour was the best part of our trip!!Our tour guide Jan was very knowledgeable about the history of St. Augustine. When Jan was talking about the ghost of the little girl Elizabeth tapping the farmer on the back and my sweet husband decides to touch me on the back.Yes,It scared me!!! Everyone had a good laugh. This was the one thing my pre-teen girls wanted to do during our trip to ST. Augustine so I did a lot of research and comparing. So glad we chose this one! Jane was sooooooooo knowledgeable and her background in acting really helped bring the tales of the past to life. We felt super connected to the town and its history after our tour. Plus, it was fun to look at all of our pictures when we got back home to see if we had caught any ghosts! Great price and great overall experience.

The tour was awesome! Jan was so fun and informative. If you’re a skeptic, the history aspect is great and if you love ghosts, there’s no shortage of photo opportunities. The walking was not strenuous at all and we sat a few times throughout.
