The St Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum had an appropriate mix of traditional versus interactive displays. I liked the iPads with pirate stories. There is also a treasure hunt for children, which keeps them interested. Lots of great history and treasure!

This museum is full of fun things for kids to do. There are interactive exhibits, a treasure hunt map, and you can even fire a canon(not real). There is also a brief show if what it's like of the boat. You can do a combo package with the colonial experience where you can see a real Canon fired.…

Stopped in to check it out and had fun. Just the wife and I, no kids. It's a entertaining place even if you don't have kids with you. The staff interacts with children well, showing them games kids would've played in the pirate days. Displays were pretty cool too. We enjoyed our visit!…
