The Black Raven was designed and built for its purpose, to be a floating performance stage. Our goal is to provide a variety of live dynamic and interactive entertainment programs for all ages. The crew’s ambition is to deliver the best live pirate show in Florida regardless the audience’s age group. The performance is rehearsed, but unscripted, allowing the pirates to improvise with the crowd. We are currently offering three different programs:1. The Adventures for all Ages.2. The Treasure Hunt3. The Club 21+ (adults only)In general, the Adventures for all Ages depart every day at 2:15 PM and 6:15 PM except during weekends (Sat & sun) when the 2:15 trip is replaced with the Treasure Hunt. The Club 21+ sails every Friday and Saturday evenings at 8:15 PM. Reservation is always recommended and, please call ahead to reconfirm the departures. Do not travel from “far away” without checking with us. Please, remember our schedule may change according to the weather.

While I am sure the daytime cruises for families are a much different experience, the Rum Runner adults only cruise is a complete waste of time. The entertainment is mediocre at best, drinks were decent (slightly overpriced, but that was to be expected), and there wasn't much of a "cruise." Basically, you pay too much money to watch unfunny men... More

We ended taking the night time (adults only!) cruise. Foul and retched little scaly wags and wenches! What FUN! As the rum flows the crew is engaging and very entertaining! Beautiful and gorgeous scenery along the shores. The entertainment is the crew all the way. With singing and dancing it really was fun. I would recommend getting two drinks at... More

We have been watching the black raven each summer while visiting my parents and finally decided to do a trip. My 5 year old loved every minute! Tattoos, sword fights, treasure chests and pirate sing-a-longs, what's not to love. The crew was engaging and fun. Awesome way to cruise around st Augustine.

This a great trip for small kids. The ship is clean and the crew was funny. They sing and tell jokes and the young kids loved saving the treasure from Captain Blackbeard. The trip is about an hour and there is alcohol for the parents to purchase. The views along the intercoastal waterway were gorgeous. The bartender is not pleasant... More

The entertainment was a little cheezy, but our grandkids loved their time with the pirates. Perfect fun for the 10 and under set.

This is one of my best memories of my most recent trip to St. Augustine. Super family friendly and lots of fun. The staff made sure we were entertained at all times. Pirate songs, treasure hunts, and on-deck battles. The kids loved it. I'm planning to go again with my boyfriend. Would totally recommend.

Very interesting to get a look at the ships and how they were actually much smaller than one would think at first glance. Also awe inspiring to think of them crossing an ocean, and how the men aboard weathered the journey!

Not very accommodating to out of town guest who are on a budget but would still like to enjoy their attraction. :/ No I wasnt asking to go for free, but cant even reserve a spot with a coupon. They favor their full price paying guests above everyone else and thats exactly what I was told. They told me the... More

Dear HannahEliseT, We are truly sorry and apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you. We have a 3 year old son who loves pirates so we decided to try this out on vacation. The ship is a replica pirate ship & he loved that. The kids get to use foam swords to fight off Captain Hook, which he loved. All the kids get to take home a treasure chest full of "treasure" which he... More
