This was something my friend and I wanted to check out. But don't go there with the expectations of seeing a lot of "action" with the gators. They were sleeping/inactive most of the time. The staff, Noah, was really good, though, and it was interesting...More

Really liked the place. Took my boyfriend there showing him around Florida. He loved it, found it interesting. Has different types of alligators and crocodiles. They also have different type of animals, which is a good thing. Great for kids. It's safe so don't worry....More

A very good display of ALLIGATORS and birds as well as exotic species of animals. Loved the bird rookery. Nice to see all the Florida birds who select to live in the trees above the alligators. As we were told the alligators protect the bird...More

We are so impressed with this park, it is small, but not lacking. It is so awesome, that we wished so bad our kids had traveled with us for this reason. The food in the snack bar was fantastic!!

This is one of my son and I favorite places to go. He calls the alligators "Chomp Chomps" and loves feeding them in the lagoon. Awesome live exhibits of reptiles, birds, monkeys, lemurs and so much more. A must see destination here in town.

We always go to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park every time we go to St. Augustine. It's a neat place. Cost is $24.99 but 10% savings with AAA or seniors. My favorite area is the alligator swamp and rookery where they also feed...More

Our family (kids 10yo/12yo) visited here for several hours. We could have spent more time, but we had other plans later in the day. Although the tickets are a little pricey, there are animals, educational shows, many animals, and friendly staff that answer your questions....More

We have an alligator feeding every day at 12,3 and 6pm in the summer, so we suggest you base your visit around one of those times. Also, you get your hand stamped when you pay admission, so you can come and go all day long!

With regards to the zip-line courses, what type of braking system is used? I've been on courses before where you use your gloved hand directly on the line to stop yourself. Just curious what method is used here.

No, he should be fine! The park is laid out in a kind of cloverleaf pattern and there are shady places to sit and watch the animals.
