    Visiting St. Aug? Visit here!
This place is awesome! Went with the family and spent the day. Such a great time. If you compare it to Disney's Living With The Land ride and backstage tour with the American Alligators, there is no comparison. It makes that experience look like it was built by a high school kid for a science fair project. There are several interesting exhibits to take in and a ton of live wildlife to view and learn about. They seem to take conservation efforts here seriously and offer several ways to donate to the cause. The place is even on the list of Historical Places as it has been around since 1839! Prices are reasonable and the money we saved by not going to Disney allowed us to have the kids take part in the ropes course and zip line course next door. They had a great time. We would definitely visit this place again!

    Gators Everywhere!
This attraction was within minutes of our vacation timeshare. We throughly enjoyed our visit and the emphasis on conservation. There were LOTS of gators to view, different species of gators and crocodiles, in addition to celebrities housed in their own enclosures. Exhibits also included birds and tortoises. Would be a great educational trip for a family. Enjoy!

Everyone was smiling. Gators, visitors and workers.
If you love zoo’s that do it right..this is the place! There are so many different varieties of alligators and crocodiles, many I never knew existed. There are other animals too. The staff are very friendly and they were keeping up this park very well. The animals all looked happy and in exhibits that were large. Five stars for sure.

A great learning adventure for the kids!
We had a great time learning about the different animal and alligators at the park. The staff was really knowledgable and eager to share with the kids. Get a list of show times and a map to be sure you are in the right area to catch all there is to offer. The habitats were well maintained and clean. The kids favorite were the Toucan and albino alligators.

    Very enjoyable experience
We dropped in as a family and really enjoyed this place. We weren't sure what to expect but found the place top notch. A lot of effort has gone into making this place a great attraction. If you want to see alligators this is the place to come

    Our teenagers loved it!
Went here with our three teenage children. It was raining, but we wore our rain coats and had a great time. This was one of the favorite stops of everyone in our family. The alligator feeding is a must-see. We also watched a couple of the other shows which were also interesting. Definitely recommend.

    A nice diversion
We had a lot of fun walking around this little gem for a good 2 hours during our day in St. Augustine. It has more than enough to do to keep animal lovers occupied and plenty of animals to see. There are alligators of all shapes and sizes, birds, reptiles, crocs, and more! Plus, if you’re looking for a little more adventure, there’s a zip-line, though we didn’t try that. But I have to say, from what I saw, it looked like everyone that did it was enjoying! One tip: bring quarters. There are food pellet dispensers that take quarters throughout the park. We didn’t know and couldn’t use them. Will bring next time!

    Fantastic
Fantastic ! I have never seen or been so upclose to so many alligators. A clean and beautiful setup to walk around. The shows were on the hour and informative and interesting. Option to hold an alligator and take a picture for a fee but not exhorbant. Great for kids.

    Fun time for the family.
Fun time and worth the money. If you want to spend the time to walk each exhibit there are plenty of captions explaining in detail where every crocodile, alligator or other animal (yes they had lots more than just alligators) came from, the endangered status and more. There was a bird show (with parrots and macaws), alligator feeding and if you time the day correctly a feeding of their giant alligator (Maximo). There is a snack stand with what you would expect if you get thirsty or hungry. There is plenty of shade but we were here in February so the weather as almost perfect to walk around without melting in the typical Florida heat.

    Gator Fix: Check
If you need a gator fix this is the place to go! Great assortment of gators and other critters of nature. Good for all ages and don’t forget to bring quarters for alligator food….well worth the money to see them in action.

Four teenage girls did the extended zip lining adventure and all came back smiling they start off with a very simple training zip then begin their adventure crisscrossing the alligator park. Admission to the park is included with the zip lining ticket. 2 of the girls had been before but admitted they enjoyed it the second time around.

There are so many gators, crocs, snakes, and other animals here! The park is surprisingly huge, and you could easily spend an entire day here. We got to view the noon feeding at the main lagoon gator area, and it was cool to see them jump out of the water for the rats. You are also able to buy pellets for a quarter to feed other gators as you walk around. It was very exciting to also see many spoonbills and other birds roosting in the trees. This is a great way to view nature safely!

I begin a lot of my reviews with, "We've been coming to St. Augustine for years..." My son just turned 21 and we have been coming since he was 8. This year we made our second trip ever to the Alligator Farm and why? Because we wanted to see the birds. We have been here once before awhile ago, but now my wife and I have gotten more interested in photographing birds. This is the place to do that. The Rookery is really an amazing place. Make no mistake, this place is expensive at $27 per adult to get in but it was worth it for us and we got to see some beautiful birds and captured some remarkable images that would be 200 times for difficult to get in the wild. We saw roseate spoonbills, great egrets, tri-colored herons, wood storks, snowy egrets, and more. There are plenty of gators and lemurs and tortoises to see as well. The attraction also now includes a zip line and ropes-type course I don't remember being there before. Plenty to do. But if you like birds, bite the bullet on the entry fee and go.

You definitely get to see lots of reptiles and animals, experience great and captivating shows, and see a replica of the largest crocodile for the money! This definitely is a place to see; you’ll need at least a few hours to view most exhibits. This one is worth the trip, time, and money. While it was a short wait to enter, it wasn’t too crowded; you could easily walk around and see the exhibits up close. The feedings shows are amazing!!’ This is a must see in St. Augustine.

The Mr and I spent a week in St Augustine so that we could visit his son, who is in the Navy and stationed in Mayport. This was their pick, but I ended up enjoying it more than I thought I would.

You seen one ‘gator you seen them all - right? However this park offers more than the opportunity to see alligators. I love learning new things, and I learned a lot here. The zoo keepers were very knowledgeable and open to answering my questions, which I always appreciate. Alligators are actually fascinating creatures.

Additionally, there were some beautiful birds and amazing turtles to see and enjoy.

This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting the Alligator Farm but it’s been a few years. This was my first time with my 2 granddaughters- 3 and 20 months. It was fun, but they were done after about an hour and a half. They were only interested in the alligators and crocodiles for a while and feeding them was fun. We arrived too late for the 12:00 show and they were ready to go before the 3:-show. The prices have increased and at $35 for each adult (x5) and $20 for the 3year old (under 2 was free) … it was quite an expensive trip. At that price point, I was hoping that they had added some other animals. I would recommend this for older kids… but don’t spend this kind of money on the toddlers.

Alligator farm is a pretty cool place. I felt it was a little overpriced as it took only about an hour to get through and it was almost $100 for a family of four. Lots of animals to see, but again, unless you hang around for the feedings, not worth the price to visit.

We had a pretty good time at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. The layout is more comfortable then attractions that are similar. It’s only about a half day of entertainment and you should definitely get the discount through Old Town Trolley Tours. It’s a nice family morning with some VERY big reptiles.

If you want to see alligators and crocodiles this is your place. I never knew there was so many different species of alligators and crocodiles. Check the weather before you go most of the park is outside with shade. We liked the quarter machines with "Gator" food you can toss into some of the exhibits. We were able to get our tickets in a package with Old Town Trolley (you just have to check with whoever your going to use to get around town with to see if they have a package deal. There are several different trolley companies to pick from. We have always used Old Town Trolley in every city they offer and have always had a great experience ). They also have several other animals as well. Over all a great experience

Never knew how many different species of crocodiles and alligators there are in the world til I came here. You really learn alot bout them. Our trip here was amazing and can't wait to come back. See how big some can get will make you think. Goemeck was huge and the new one they have is wow. It was a great outdoor trip to go here. The shows they put on were fun and we even took pictures with giant tortoises. Best day ever in my book. Cant wait to come back.
