We really enjoyed our day here. As a bird lover I was really excited to see so many varieties including a rare bird from Australia that can be quite dangerous, the Southern Cassowary.

If you like wildlife, you'll love this place. It's a great way to see great examples of Florida's flora and fauna. They have everything from alligators and crocodiles to exotic birds and even snakes and lizards. My wife didn't care for the snake exhibit, but I really liked it. Go ahead and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I wanted to see gators and this was highly recommended by family and friends. We got there around 10am and were able to catch a feeding of the gators in the swamp section and a information showing with a lady in the big gator pit near that front. Great variety of animals. We loved the lemurs and... More

My kids love this place and always ask to stop if we are traveling through. There is always something new to learn about alligators, crocodiles and birds here. The exhibits and demonstrations were really enjoyable - nothing cheesie like similar places I've been. It's really fun just to watch and observe the alligators lounging in the sun. You can get... Learned so many things during this tour: the difference between alligators and crocodiles, viewing of habitats and the fact that alligators though not intelligent are trainable which could be seen during the frenzied feeding. The birds were fun to see and, of course there was a Kimodo Dragon and really large snakes. Enjoyed the visit.

I have been to " gator farms" before and was pretty unimpressed BUT. This is a wonderful surprise! Expect to see so much more than just a few smelly old ponds with some sleepy bitten up gators! You will be astounded by very healthy and well tended alligators crocs, tortoise , monkeys and more! The habitats are divided by continent... More

This is something nice to do when you are out of historic spots to explore. I am from FL and have been around gators my whole life, but actually enjoyed the exhibits and demonstrations. My wife and I decided to go and our only complaint was how brutally hot it was (not that the park can control that). They have... More

This is a must do. We moved to North Florida back in 2000 and were told this was a must see by several people. We try visit at least once a year especially when we have family and friends visit us.

I live in the north, so 'gators always fascinate me. There are 2 areas with lots of alligators. The first one near the entrance is the site of the afternoon feeding and the separate talk about alligators. The keeper goes into the enclosure to talk about the animals. There's also displays of an adult albino and several baby albino alligators.... More

A very good and interesting trip for the family. Shows a lot of wildlife that most of us do not see closeup.
