I HAVE STOOD IN HISTORY....

For 450 years this place has stood as a symbol of protection from people trying to take over the way of life that they stood for. This is a truly Pre America Fort. WOW

Just the massive size of this fort is impressive and the fact that it is in such great condition. A trip to Saint Augustine wouldn't be complete without seeing this at least once. The kids love to explore this place and see how life once was.

Absolutely beautiful! ! So much history and beauty. My kids loved it. They even have a Jr ranger program there!! My 3 year old and 8 year old loved every minute. The live cannon shooting was so cool!!!

This is a good place to visit on cooler days and without young children. My kids were extremely bored, but that's because this is a historical stop. I've been here without the kids and was able to truly enjoy this beautiful piece of history.

Such a wonderful part of St Augustine. Great for all ages and embraces the feeling of what once was. From the shelled walls, rock steps and incredible views I was impressed with the beauty and energy surrounding the Fort. Take the time to enjoy!

It was walking distance from our room. We went at 7 pm and it was nice. We didn't go in but was able to walk around . It has a beautiful view of the water and is very pretty.

This was a wonderful place, and the Park Ranger's presentation about the fort was awesome! This for highlights the the early invasion of the Spanish, ties into the Revolutionary War, and Civil War.
