We had 2 days in St. Augustine so decided to do the lighthouse first. What an accomplishment to climb the 219 steps up but so worth it! Views were spectacular. There were landings every so often to stop and catch your breath; also some interesting...More

We drove to the lighthouse to take photos. It was kind of difficult to get a good angle, but well worth it. It's beautiful.

We have a membership with the St Augustine ligjt house. Our favorite is the moonlight tour with champagne and hors d'oeuvres. The views from the top are magnificent. I wish their events were less pricy.

The lighthouse is in beautiful condition and I recommend walking up the 219 steps for the view. There is also a museum, nice walks around it, and a decent gift shop. Enjoy!

We visited the lighthouse many years ago. My aunt who lives in St. Augustine took us there and she was nearly 90 at the time walked up all the many stairs to the top. I bought place mats in the gift shop to bring home...More

Awesome views from the top of the lighthouse. We took lots of beautiful pictures. Men were building a boat while we were visiting. Lots to see here.

We climbed the 219 steps of the lighthouse first thing in the morning. There are not as many people when they open which is great. We did not visit all of the other museums within the area because we were hungry, but they looked well...More

Beautiful historic Lighthouse to visit. It's a challenge to make it all the way but we did it! There are many things to see on the property including the home of the lighthouse keeper.
