This place has an energy, beauty, and purity you rarely see in this world...almost otherworldly. I was looking for rare herb called Tulsi . The places I checked did not have it and told me to order online. I almost gave up until I went to Maggie's herbs. Amazingly, Maggie's had it. Dora gave me the last plant of Tulsi explaining that it was not popular with most people despite its incredible medicinal benefits. I admire Dora for maintaining this beautiful place and hope it continues to prosper.

Maggie's Herb Farm is a beautiful place for herbs and other plants. Maggie is a delightful host to her farm. She is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. It is a gorgeous herb farm with lovely chickens freely running (as they should be).

You can find butterflies and bees on the flowers. It is such a relaxing place to explore while browsing. She has a wide selection of various herbs, plants, and flowers in the front garden. In the store she sells smudge sticks, essential oils, beautiful pottery, catnip, and other wonderful gift ideas. Pets are welcome - pets need to be on a leash of course.

If you love plants, and flowers, while being outside and enjoying butterflies and bees - then Maggie's is the right place for you. She can also be found on Saturday's at the Riverside Art Walk, if you can't make it to St. Augustine. If you are able to make it out to St. Augustine you will love it. I highly recommend it.

Nice place in the middle of nowhere to pick up veggie starts and fruit trees and other vegetation. It was harder to find before they put up a substantial sign. There is a good variety of herbs to choose from and prices are reasonable. I'd rather buy things from these folks than Lowe's or Home Depot.

Maggie’s Herb Farm is a true hidden treasure in St. Augustine. A visit there is a step back in time. Chickens roam around, clucking happily. Butterflies flit from plant to plant. Visiting with the owners, Dora and Mike is a real treat for anyone who loves gardening and nature. They are always happy to share their knowledge. As a frequent visitor, I have learned so much from both of them, and am proud to own many of their wonderful plants. My very favorite is the tomato plant that produces thousands of tiny, sweet tomatoes. Many months of the year, I pick one or two cups of those tasty treats every day. Another favorite is the Anise Hyssop that attracts bees and butterflies to my cottage garden. The leaves and flowers can be used to make a delicious, cooling iced tea. Another great plant is spearmint. The lovely green leaves can be crushed in iced tea or used to make mint jelly. My most recent purchase was a beautiful dark pink salvia that the hummingbirds come to visit early in the morning. Every time I go to Maggie's Herb Farm, I find something new and unusual. While you’re there, take some time to step into the shop. You won’t be sorry. Thanks so much, Dora and Mike, for all of your hard work in keeping Maggie’s Herb Farm going, even during the years of droughts, floods and hurricanes. The gardeners of Florida and Georgia appreciate you.
