The Eidsborg Stave Church is thought to have been built between 1250 and 1270 and is one of the best preserved stave churches of the 28 still around in Norway.

One of the smallest stav-churches in Norway. Most of the church is original, including a lot of the paintings. Interesting history and architecture. If you are going on a guided tour, make sure to wear a lot of clothes and maybe something warm to sit...More
