We stopped by this place recently and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the museum. They had a very impressive display of older vintage Corvettes. More impressive was that all of these cars are owned by one person! I was shocked to hear that the museum will close shortly and all of the cars to be sold at an upcoming auction. I’m glad that we had an opportunity to walk through this place, it reminded me of the cars I grew up seeing day to day; that are scarce today.

Had to go one more time since sad to say it will close on 1/17/21 and most of collection will be auctioned off by Mecums the following weekend.

They have an excellent collection of cars which are in perfect condition. I observed that they have every year of Corvette from 1954 through 1972 lined up which makes it easy to see how they have changed. The unfortunate issue is that they are going to be closing about the beginning of 2021 for good and that the collection is going to be auctioned off by Mecum Auctions. So, if you want to go, make sure you do it soon

Real cool place! There are 170 vehicles in mint condition with the hoods up. There are signs as to the year, how many were made of the rare models. I am a female and I think I took over 50 photos. I loved the collection. There are old gas pumps, old stingray bikes There is a gift shop also. So glad we went while staying in Punta Gorda at an airbnb

While it only cost $12.50 for admission, the experience just isn't worth it. The ladies at the front desk were more interested in chatting with each other than dealing with customers, the cars are packed in VERY tightly and you can get through in less than 1/2 hour. Just not that spectacular.
