About River Lilly Cruises
The River Lilly is a 34-passenger pontoon boat, licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard and owned by Eddie and Stephanie Hamrick. Eddie is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain. The cruise, on parts of the river so wild they were used in the James Bond film Moonraker to represent a tributary of the Amazon, is on the same waters used by early settlers and Native Americans. Each trip is different, but you're sure to see alligators, turtles and lots of native birds, maybe even playful otters or gentle manatees.

I went on the Lily River Cruise twice in a month. Both times they had a full boat and made sure each person saw any animals along the way. They provide history or the area and interesting tidbits of information about the animals and birds we saw. If you are in the area I would recommend a river trip on the Lily River Cruise.

A very relaxing cruise, and saw many alligators, birds, turtles, and a couple raccoons. They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Very professional. Will definitely do this again when we get visitors to the area.

I have a hearing disabiliyy. The hostess moved another couple so our party of three coud not sit together on same side of boat. I would not have been able to hear or converse wth my son or husband across the aisle. I lip read and wear very special hearing devices, yet hear very little. I am uneasy when my husband is not with me . They were harrassing me while husband was in the restroom. A very scary place for a disabled person-I felt very uncomfortale and unsafe and left!

Steph and Eddie were super accommodating! We had a large party of 14 and they were able to fit us in the next day on a tour. The tour lasted approximately 1.5 hrs and was narrated by both Steph and Eddie. They are a great couple and have the tour down to a science. The group had a great seat no matter where we sat. We saw at least 8 alligators, a dozen or more birds, quite a few turtles, and a swimming iguana! This tour is great for anyone as it does not go fast and you do not get wet. A lot of history of the area and information about the wildlife is provided throughout the tour. Steph and Eddie do a phenomenal job and this is well worth the $25! One note, as of this review, they only take cash or check and the $25 includes tax, just FYI.
