Wana-arogance!
Feb 2020
I've had the good fortune playing at these three golf courses over the past 16 years. And, that is definitely in the 'past' tense. Years ago, this was such a wonderful place to go... Courses were well manicured and the staff very pleasant. The latter part is now where the issue exists. Although the courses are still well manicured, you must first have to get through the 'rough' at the front desk. There is a presence of arrogance that changes your attitude as soon as you arrive. I thought perhaps both gentlemen were simply having a bad day, so after lunch one in the clubhouse a few days later I decided to go back into the Lions den to perhaps ask about initiation and membership fees (as I do really enjoy the golf experience). But, as I approached the counter the same gentlemen were talking to other perspective guests, and they had that same ho-hum arrogant attitude. That moment reinforced the fact that not only will I NOT look at becoming a member any time soon, I don't believe I will even play there again. Too bad... It's a nice facility.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your feedback, we apologize for your experience. We strive to provide our guests with excellent customer service and golf course conditions. Again, we apologize as this is not a reflection of our values and brand. We would like to address it as soon as possible with our staff. Which dates did you play when this happened? Would you be so kind and email us so we can connect you with our Head Golf Professional? Thank you, Adriana Vizcaya Director of Marketing PGA Golf Club avizcaya@pgahq.com

Favorite of the 3 at PGA Village
Mar 2018 • Friends
Since this was the oldest course from time of the remake, it had the most mature greens. Found them to be the most receptive of the 3 courses and was able to attack the pins a bit more. While the greens were very quick, it was easier to putt and in my mind, less defensive putting or trying to make as opposed to trying not to miss. Short grass to collection areas but didn't seem to be in play as much as the other two. Bunkers seem to be placed strategically and while not always in play, were in play visually so would be in your mind.

Similar to the other courses in that you should show up early to warm up (balls included) practice putting and use the short game area. Both were sub 4 hour rounds and seemed to be the busiest of the 3 courses. In my view, I would play this first, then the Dye and Ryder last and use any repeat rounds on the Wanamaker. Staff was great and also take the time to wander thru the clubhouse, lots of neat memorabilia on the walls.

Well worth the visit and priced very reasonably.

Course was great!

Staff was great, course was great and price was very reasonable! Fast play. Bring a lot of golf balls with you and if you can play with someone who knows the course it will help you! Cost was $45 with tee time of 1:00. Golf cart equipped with GPS and shag balls.

Nice service
Nov 2017 • Friends
Was there to watch my cousin in tournament- my first time and was impressed with all who worked there. Friendly, very helpful, good suggestions on where to go. Had “snack” second day there, bar gals very nice and helpful, food wasn’t as good as service.

Very Playable

Golfed here with some friends this past week and enjoyed this well manicured course. Fairways are WIDE and thus helped all of our scores. Would play there again if nearby. Fairway traps are 10 feet high so steer clear.

Too tricked up for average golfer
May 2017
I am a 13 handicap and did not care for the course. Too many humped greens with severe roll outs into collection areas. If you don't hit the perfect approach you end up 30+ yards off the green.
